Ou Yangxun:/kloc-was extinct at the age of 0/4 and deified at the age of 76.

One sentence in the title of the book sums up Ou Yangxun's life.

(about 557-64 1), a letter book, was born in Linxiang County (now Changsha City, Hunan Province). Tang dynasty minister and calligrapher. Son of Ouyang Yao.

Yang Di acceded to the throne, and Ou Yangxun was the doctor too often. In the third year of Wude (620), he took refuge in Dou Jiande, the king of Xia, and was named Taichangqing. In the fifth year of Wude (622), he surrendered to Tang Gaozu Li Yuan and became a teacher. He moved to Guanglu, Yin Qing, where he became a doctor. He was given a bachelor's degree in Hong Wen Pavilion, conferred the title of Duke of Bohai, and presided over the compilation of the Collection of Arts and Literature. Zhenguan died at the age of eighty-five.

Ou Yangxun is proficient in calligraphy, and he is also called "the four outstanding figures in the early Tang Dynasty" with Yu Shinan, Chu Suiliang and Xue Qi. Because his son Ouyang Tong is good at calligraphy, the father and son are called "Big Europe". Calligraphy is in danger in Pingzhong, nicknamed "European style". Masterpieces: Regular script includes Jiuchenggong Li Quanming, Huangfu Birthday Monument, Huadu Temple Monument, and running script includes Zhong Nimeng's stickers and thousands of characters. He has his own unique views on calligraphy, including eight methods of calligraphy works, teaching strategies and thirty-six methods of brushwork. Huadu Temple Buddhist Pagoda Inscription, Yugonggong Wenyanbo Inscription and Huangfushengchen Inscription are called "the first regular script in the Tang Dynasty".

Born in troubled times, ugly, and captured many times, he deserved it ... But Ou Yangxun knew from beginning to end that "everything is illusory", and his appearance and life experience were only temporary bodies in the world. Only strength and works can break the illusion and be immortal!

Because of his father's rebellion, Ou Yangxun ran very fast and became a survivor of Ouyang family. He 14 years old that year. At that time, general manager Jiang, an official of the East Palace, adopted him, and for a period of time, he rose and fell with the rise and fall of general manager Jiang.

Regarding his appearance, Sun Chang Wuji, the prime minister of the Tang Dynasty, commented on Ou Yangxun in this way: "Shrugging your shoulders and burying your shoulders, you can't draw a macaque on this forest corner." It means that Ou Yangxun, with his head down and his shoulders slightly hunched, looks like a macaque just coming out of the mountain. This did not shake his historical position in calligraphy at all.

33-year-old Ou Yangxun is obviously a little unexpected, from a traitor to a traitor. Fortunately, the change of dynasty didn't have much influence on Ou Yangxun, and his life was as dull as water except for the abuse he was used to. He devoted all his energy to learning calligraphy.

From Sui Dynasty to Xia (Dou Jiande) and finally to Tang Dynasty, I was imprisoned three times, which was nothing. Hong Wen Pavilion is a prolific writer, Tang Taizong, with his "18th Bachelor" as the team, designed to develop culture and gather talents. Ou Yangxun integrated into it, and lived a relatively happy life in his later years compared with wandering for most of his life.

In the summer of the sixth year of Zhenguan (632), Emperor Taizong Li Shimin came to Jiucheng Palace on the outskirts of Chang 'an for the summer. When a group of people entered Miyagi, the air was filled with damp earthy smell. Emperor Taizong was surprised and ordered people to look around for the source of the smell. Later, under a bush, people found a wet soil layer. Emperor Taizong dug wet soil with his cane and knocked on the rocks in the mountain, and a clear spring gushed out from the rocks. He tasted it with his hand, and suddenly he felt that his breath was full of saliva, and his desire to cool off the heat disappeared, and his heart was full of joy. Long live the princes. Emperor Taizong named this spring "Liquan" and ordered Wei Zhi to write a poem, which was inscribed by calligrapher Ou Yangxun as a souvenir. This is the famous "Jiuchenggong Liquan Ming" in later generations.

That year, Ou Yangxun was 76 years old. His trembling hands make the composition challenging, but the inscription of Liquan in Jiucheng Palace still shows the European artistic conception, which is "dangerous, strong, thin, hard and graceful". Every stroke is law-abiding and neat, so it is no wonder that it has been deified by future generations and praised as "the first inscription in the world". This moment became his highest light moment.

In the fifteenth year of Zhenguan (64 1), Ou Yangxun died at home at the age of 85.
