Located in Shanlian Town, Huzhou City, about 28 kilometers away from Huzhou. Shanlian is the pen capital of China and the birthplace of Hu Bi, and the ancestor Meng Tian is enshrined in Meng Gong Temple. Meng Tian was a general in the Qin Dynasty, and historical records recorded that he was the ancestor of China's pen-making. Shanlianhu pen has a long history, especially in the Southern Dynasties. According to written records, Meng Tian, the ancestor of Mongolian temple ceremonies, was in the Yuan Dynasty at the latest.
During the Republic of China, the Mongolian temple was rebuilt. It was destroyed during the Anti-Japanese War (1943). 1959, due to the construction of Shanlianhu Pen Factory, Meng Gong Temple was destroyed again. Meng Gong Temple was rebuilt in 1992 and completed in 1995. Now Meng Gong Temple covers an area of 4,000 square meters.

The newly-built Meng Gong Temple is a temple-style building with a rest peak and cornices. There are cloisters around the temple, all with stone railings, and there is a 10 cloister in front of the main hall to display all kinds of lake pens. There are many plaques and couplets written by famous calligraphers in the colonnade and hall in front of the temple. Among them, there are colorful statues of Meng Tian, his wife and the prince. Meng Tian was wearing a marshal's helmet, an oblique shirt, and the armor of his right arm was exposed. There is a mahogany screen in front of the statue to copy the full text of the inscription "Preface to Lanting" by Wang Xizhi, a great calligrapher in Jin Dynasty. There is an oil painting "Meng Tian Pen Painting" painted by Huzhou artists on the back wall, which shows the folk story that Meng Tian lives in Xibao Village, Shanlian, rescues Buxianglian, a woman who fell into the water, and then marries in Qin Jin, and develops Hu Pen together with local villagers to create a pen-making workshop. Lake pen and ink, Guangdong inkstone and rice paper are also called "Four Treasures of the Study". Every year, on March 16, Meng Tian's birthday, and on September 16, Bizu's birthday, pen makers from all over the country gather in Meng Gong Temple to make a grand sacrifice to Bizu Meng Tian, which has become a folk custom in Shanlian Town.
Hanshan
Located in Hanshan Village, Shanlian Town, Huzhou City, it is a scenic spot in the east of Huzhou. Hanshan is also called Hanshan and Hanshan. Because of its towering into the sky, it is also known as the pen tower, which is only 60 meters high and less than 100 mu. Hanshan has a unique geographical location, located at the junction of Nanxun, Tongxiang and Deqing counties, and is the natural center of Huzhou, Jiaxing and Hangzhou. The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal winds through the mountains. Hanshan Mountain is the holy land of silkworm flowers-one of the birthplaces of silkworm culture in China. Hanshan folk Tomb-Sweeping Day has the custom of rolling silkworm flowers. Every year, hundreds of thousands of rural people from Tomb-Sweeping Day and Fiona Fang come to Hanshan to reel silkworms and offer sacrifices to the silkworm god. The custom of rolling silkworm flowers and offering sacrifices to the silkworm god in Hanshan Mountain. Now it has become one of the important festivals of Huzhou silk culture, and the Hanshan Silkworm Flower Festival is held around Tomb-Sweeping Day every year. It has been held for thirteen times and is listed as one of the key festivals in Zhejiang Province.
Hanshanta
Located in Hanshan, Shanlian Town, Huzhou City. It was built in Yuan You in the Northern Song Dynasty (1086- 1093), rebuilt in the next six years (144 1) and rebuilt in the 27th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (190 1). Hanshan Tower is a pavilion-style brick-wood structure with seven-story octagonal buildings, with a height of 38.5 meters and a diameter of 5.9 meters. The bottom of the tower is Mount Sumi, which is made of huayan. There are playful lions, bats, lotus leaves, lotus flowers, branch-wrapped peony and waist-carved flowers, which are exquisite and interesting. The eaves of the tower are paved with five layers of bricks, and the flower rocks are carved into corner beams, and the vertical ridges are covered with tower tiles. There used to be a steel bell on the roof, which was crisp and pleasant when the wind blew. There are brick steps in the tower, which can reach the top of the tower directly. Climb to the top of the tower and overlook the scenery of the water town, which is pleasing to the eye; The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal passes through the mountains, with rivers and ports criss-crossing, blue waves and small boats. Green fields, scattered houses and smoke from kitchen chimneys offer a panoramic view of the water towns in the south of the Yangtze River. There is a cast iron tower gate at the top of the tower. It consists of a bowl cover, a lotus flower, a seven-wheel wheel, a treasure cover, a treasure bead, a gourd and the like. It is majestic, vigorous and towering. Hanshan Tower is listed as a key cultural relic protection unit in 1984. 199 1 year, local sericulture farmers raised funds for reconstruction.
