Are Yu Jing and Degang Guo husband and wife?

They are not husband and wife. Degang Guo's original wife's name was Hu Huizhong, and later she gave birth to her son Guo Qilin. Later, Hu Huizhong couldn't stand Degang Guo running around for a living but doing nothing, so they divorced. After the divorce, she married Shine Wong, a famous Jingyun drum player in Tianjin Quyi.
