1, Zhao Fan (185 1- 1930), a Bai poet and scholar, was a scholar in Guangxu period. Later, he was appointed as the magistrate of Sichuan in Jianchuan, Yunnan, founded the Ci School and presided over Heqing Academy. He is famous for his diligent writing and rich works.
2. Zhao Shiming (1870- 1944) was born in Huili County, Huili Prefecture. He is good at poetry creation and an artist who is good at calligraphy.
3. Zhang Huaiwan (1872- 1944), a poet and calligrapher in Jinhua Town, Jianchuan, has deep artistic attainments.
