Qi Xinmin, a famous artist and calligrapher. The pen names Xinmin and Biao Xiang now live in Songzhuang Painter Village, Tongzhou District, Beijing. Male, 1935 was born in Linzi, Shandong Province, and 1963 graduated from Shandong Art Institute.
