Xue Jun, born in 1954, was born in Xi 'an. Member of China Calligraphers Association, member of the Standing Committee of the Xi Municipal Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party, director of the Cultural Committee, vice president of Shaanxi International Calligraphy Exchange Association, and executive director of the Provincial Calligraphers Association. Professional calligrapher and calligraphy theorist, now working in Xi 'an Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
