Poetry about Chinese cabbage

There are few ancient poems about "Chinese cabbage".

There is a poem: Mr. Wang is a glutton for illness. Red rice hates cooking in the morning. Self-grow Chinese cabbage in the border and pickle it into yellow horseshoe in the urn. Fat onions are thin, sesame oil is slow, and soup cakes are like silk. A cup in the morning and evening is harmless, and the fairy turns nine to rest. -"Chaozhongcuo" (Zhu Dunru)

Cabbage was called "fermented grains" in ancient times. "Six Books" contains: "Yi, rest, bow and cut, winter dishes also. Its stems and leaves are white, so it is called cabbage. " The ancients described the beauty of dishes as "early leeks in early spring and fermented grains in late autumn". Chinese cabbage has a long history of cultivation in Luoyang and the north. In the past, in winter, it was cold and the blinds withered, which was the off-season of vegetables, and Chinese cabbage became the main vegetable. Besides, a Chinese cabbage in winter in the north weighs more than ten kilograms, and its leaves are tightly wrapped into spheres. After being cut, it is white and tender, so it can be fried, stewed, braised (cuān) and burned, and is known as the "king of dishes".
