After being established as a state-run temple in peace, Dongsi Temple was welcomed by Buddhist masters and has gone through history as the fundamental Dojo of Tantric Buddhism. The temple is famous for its three-dimensional mandala, Pentecostal Pagoda, and the temple fair "Dafa City" held on 2 1 every month. In spring, there will be about 200 Hejin Sakura and Yoshinoya in the temple. Among them, the most striking thing in the corner of Huluchi is "Parr Sakura". Eight-fold red weeping cherry with a tree age of about 130 and a height of13m.
These cherry blossoms traveled from Iwate's home to Akita and Triple Travel, and were transplanted to Dongsi in 2006 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the master's return to China/KLOC-0. As the largest transplantable cherry tree in China, it successfully takes root and produces beautiful flowers every year, and now it has become a symbol of Dongsi. Since the year of the Great East Japan Earthquake, cherry blossom lighting activities have been held at night to convey the prayers of cherry blossoms from the northeast. In the twilight, as if compared with the 55-meter-high quintuple tower, the towering cherry blossoms are spectacular.
One of the oldest shrines in Kyoto, Heimaobielei Shrine, all kinds of cherry blossoms are in full bloom in the green shrine. Among them, "Yusuo Sakura" and "Zhaiwangying Sakura" are single cherry trees that people walking on the road will stop involuntarily. The first kind is Yu Shuo Sakura with red flowers, which blooms in late March every year. This cherry blossom was given by Emperor Xiaoming of Kyoto Palace, with thick trunk and slender branches, which is unique. Pale pink flowers poured down like showers, and the elegant beauty touched people's hearts.
The iconic single cherry blossom "Zhaiwangying" of Shanghemao Shrine opens 1 ~ 2 weeks later than "Yu Shuo Cherry Blossom", and only blooms in early April every year. Bright pink drooping cherry blossoms, whose flowers spread like big umbrellas, make people feel that love is held in their arms. "King Zhai" is an unmarried prince. She used to be the witch of Ise Shrine and Hemao Shrine, and now she has become the heroine of Kwai Festival as "King Zhai" and inherited it. The gorgeous posture in full bloom is a symbol of Shanghe Maochun.
There are also famous trees such as "Myna Sakura" and "Meili Sakura" in Shanghemao Shrine, which bloom from morning till night and have different varieties, so you can enjoy cherry blossoms for a long time. Please take a leisurely walk in the courtyard with wide lawn and gurgling streams.
The sacred tree in the "Dashi Shrine" in Shanke is affectionately called "Dashi Sakura" by the local people. At the beginning of 1935, cherry blossoms were planted here as Shenmu, and now they are one of the few famous trees in Kyoto. Because it is a shrine related to loyal ministers and Tibetans, there are an endless stream of tourists from all over the world, from loyal ministers and Tibetans to tourists who want to see the beautiful scenery of Dashiying.
The lanterns arranged next to torii are covered with cherry blossom branches, which look heroic and magnificent. The beautiful branches hang almost to the ground, so you can not only look up, but also look down with the same line of sight, and there are festive joys everywhere. Night sakura is brightly lit and unique.
As soon as we meet, we can't help but stop, fascinated and think of the years and stories of cherry blossoms overlapping. I want to face this spring quietly. Is Sakura not suitable?
