Tian Wei lives by the beautiful Xizi Lake and likes "graffiti" since he was a child. The mountains, rivers, grass and trees in his hometown have become the objects of his description. The four seasons, scenery and humanities in Hangzhou have exerted a profound influence on him in a subtle way. In his spare time, he wandered around the West Lake, stood on the pink-green embankment and looked at the lotus leaves all over the lake. He couldn't help whispering Yang Wanli's poem, "After all, the scenery of the West Lake is different from that at four o'clock in June." The next day, the lotus leaves are infinitely blue, and the lotus flowers are of different colors. "This picturesque scenery tempts his mood. Whenever he falls in love, he will start to write hard. Like a beautiful and elegant girl, Xizi Lake lifted a gorgeous veil and walked lightly into Tian Wei's heart, giving him creative inspiration. Therefore, appreciating Tian Wei's flower-and-bird works is not a word of "beauty", which obviously hides the elegant feelings of the beauty of calligraphy. In the early 1980s,

Tian Wei studied under Mr. Zhu, a famous flower and bird painter in China and a professor in China Academy of Art, and received careful guidance from his teacher. After that, he devoted himself to studying traditional flower-and-bird painting and got a glimpse of the beauty of painting. He was full of enthusiasm and tireless.

Chinese painting has a thousand years of inheritance, paying attention to pen and ink and attaching importance to verve. Tian Wei attaches great importance to the interpretation of traditional classic works, and draws nutrients from the typical works of Eight Leng Ji, Wild Ivy Wild, Wu Changshuo, Qi Baishi, Pan Tianshou and Huang. "Calligraphy and painting are of the same origin, and calligraphy and painting are simultaneously developed". Knowing its importance, Tian Wei took "smart and changeable rice traces" as an advantage, accepted "vigorous and vigorous Yan characters", copied other schools in Dongpo, and practiced the wonderful method of using lines in Chinese painting, thus improving the quality of lines and enhancing the effect of pen and ink. Poetry expresses ambition, and poetry is painting. Tian Wei pays attention to emotional pictures, poetic and picturesque, and expands the space outside the painting. He is diligent in painting, participating in emotion and pen and ink, exploring wonderland, and finally making progress in the right way.

Tian Wei's paintings have a wide range of subjects, including all kinds of flowers and trees, and most of them are proud of Shan Ye's interest. What runs through it is his concentration and generalization of natural beauty. Lotus in the rain, Chunlan Qiuju, early cherry blossom and late maple, white snow and red plum are all fresh materials for him to observe life, refine the essence and get inspiration. He does not take form as the criterion, but takes verve as the guide, so all the images he chooses can be moved by emotion and obtained from different spatial situations. Shao Yong said: "People are not good at appreciating flowers, but only like the appearance of flowers;" People are either good at appreciating flowers, but only love the beauty of flowers.
