Su Shi was demoted as the deputy envoy of Huangzhou Youth League Training because of the so-called "Wutai Poetry Case". Su Shi moved to Huangzhou in February in the third year of Yuanfeng (1080), and moved to Ruzhou in June in the seventh year of Yuanfeng, where he lived for more than four years.
