What does this birthday couplet mean?

There's really nothing to explain.

"Panxian" and "Ji Yan" are relative, and the former means "Panxian".

The latter is a little more complicated, dustpan, which means dustpan, but here it refers to "fingerprints similar to dustpan shape"

Yan, which means scattered, can be commonly understood as "five fingers scattered (blessed)".

Five Blessingg generally refers to: longevity, wealth, corning, virtue and a good death.

So the direct translation of this couplet is:

Give two peaches, and put them on a plate when they are ripe (3000*60= 180000).

My parents have been blessed for 80 years in Five Blessingg (Geng Xu is the same age, so this birthday couplet should be dedicated to an old man).

As for the eightieth birthday, the two old people share the same fate, so the eightieth birthday refers to a pair of old people who are both eightieth birthdays.
