Tools/materials: pot, glass jar, bowl, plate, knife, loquat, crystal sugar, white wine, clear water.
1, first clean the hairy surface of loquat, and then put it aside to control the moisture to avoid water.
2. Peel and wash the loquat, cut it in half, and remove the loquat core. It is not recommended to soak the loquat in wine.
3. Prepare a water-free and oil-free glass jar, first pour some white wine into it, shake it, and then pour it out, so that it can be cleaned more thoroughly.
4. Put the prepared loquat in the jar, directly put it in, just put rock sugar on the top layer, and then pour the white wine.
5. Cover it after soaking and seal it in a cool and ventilated place. Leave it for 3-6 months, and the color will turn yellow slowly. Take out the brewed fruit wine and you can drink it directly.
