On ten thoughts of Buddhism

Amitabha! Brother, Master Yin Guang's top ten chanting methods are very good ways to recite Buddha!

The ten-chanting method mentioned by Master Yin Guang means that when you recite Buddha, you can count from one to ten with your heart, and you can read it clearly and remember it clearly. Read ten sentences and read ten sentences from the beginning. Read ten sentences and then return from one sentence to ten sentences, if you keep going back and forth like this. Reading with you, not counting beads, just calculating with your heart. Because counting, that is, taking the heart, will distract your attention if you twist the beads to count.

If ten sentences are difficult to write down and not strong enough, you can divide them into two parts, that is, from one to five, from six to ten, and then start again. If it is difficult to make two kinds of gases, they can be divided into three kinds, from one to three, from four to seven, from seven to ten, and then back to one to three, four to seven, and seven to ten. ...

In this way, you should read the Buddha clearly and remember it clearly, so as to capture your body and mind. If you think about it for a long time, there will be no place to live. After studying for a long time, you will naturally feel at ease.

You know, this kind of ten thoughts, and the kind of ten thoughts in the morning dynasty, although they can capture illusions, have very different functions. Ten thoughts in the morning means taking a breath, reading as much as possible, and so on. This can be read ten times. Reading too much will make you angry and get sick easily.

Such ten thoughts, reading a Buddha, clearly know a word in my heart. Read ten sentences, and you will know ten sentences in your heart. From one to ten, from one to ten, you can read it tens of thousands of times a day, and you can remember it like this. Not only can you go crazy, but you can also recuperate. Think fast, think slow, there is no obstacle. No matter in the morning or at night, it is very suitable for reading at any time. This kind of chanting, from twisting beads to chanting, has great differences in interests. Twisting beads to recite Buddha will make the body tired and waste the spirit. Reading in this way is good for your health and inner peace.

If you have difficulty in counting something, just read it directly and sincerely, without counting. When it's done, count the hearts as before. Over time, whether you live, sit or lie down, you can feel comfortable in the realm of Buddha's name.
