What is the whole poem of Xiao Mo's Youth's Dream of Rivers and Lakes?

I. Full text

Don't laugh at young people's dreams of rivers and lakes. Who doesn't have them?

When I was young, I yearned for 3,000 miles, but now I am hesitating. Ignorant for half a life, mediocre in the world.

In a blink of an eye, the hall was full of white hair, and their children stumbled in school. Broken silver makes people old, but there are still few hearts and wrinkles on their eyebrows.

Drifting drunk and dreaming, the teenager is still the same, only sighing that time is too hasty.

Second, translation.

Don't laugh at teenagers' dreams of rivers and lakes, which means don't laugh at teenagers' dreams of rivers and lakes. "Xiao Mo Youth Dream on the Rivers and Lakes" comes from Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Wu Tangmen. The original sentence is like this: Xiao Mo teenagers dream of rivers and lakes, and everyone dreams of rivers and lakes. Zhang Sanfeng came to Wudang Mountain for monasticism and created his own dragon sword, seven-star boxing and seven-star swordsmanship, all from Zhang Sanfeng.

Don't laugh at a teenager's Jianghu dream. No teenager dreams of rivers and lakes. When everyone is young, they have more or less dreamed of their own rivers and lakes. In fact, this is not ridiculous. What's the point of that person living if he doesn't dream?

Third, the source

It is a poem written by Mr. Jin Yong, a martial arts master, describing Zhang Sanfeng.
