Without Danxia's heart, going up the mountain is easy.

This sentence comes from the poem "Danxia" by Liu Kezhuang, a poet in China in the Song Dynasty. The poem describes the mountaineer's mood: unwilling to reach the top of Danxia Mountain; But mountaineering is easier than downhill, which expresses the poet's understanding of mountaineering process.

Original text:

Danxia

Sunrise in Chuyang, Fujian, and harvest in Xiangchuan.

If you don't do it when you go up the mountain, you will float to the foot of the mountain.

Danxia is so colorful, clouds and water flow forever.

To pay homage to Gexian Temple, the railings flow every day.

Poetry translation:

Under the rising sun, the mountains in Fujian show beautiful scenery, and the flood in Xiangjiang River gradually recedes after the rain. I am unwilling to reach the top of Danxia Mountain. When going down the mountain, my feet are calm and I know the difficulty of going down the mountain. Danxia Mountain is so colorful and charming that it has its own style. I came to visit Gexiantang, leaning against the railing, letting the sun shine and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

This poem not only depicts the beautiful scenery of Danxia Mountain, but also expresses the poet's love for mountaineering and reverence for nature. At the same time, the phrase "going up the mountain without doing anything, floating down the mountain" also implies that people should go forward bravely in the process of pursuing their goals, and don't forget that the road to success is always bumpy and requires great efforts.
