What are the poems that describe putting aside the past and starting over?

Yesterday has passed,

Smoke dispels sadness and happiness.

Tears in memory of old dreams,

A light boat is a long river.

Giving up and letting go seem the same, but in fact they are very different. Giving up is helpless and helpless. Some people even give up their lives and have to do it. And letting go is to look down and see through everything, but let go. The realm of the two is different. It's hard to give up. No matter why you give up, you will be reluctant to give up and pity will overflow in it. In the future, when you feel the fruit, you will struggle. If it is an item, there will be resentment in the future; If you give up for the sake of Buddhism, the Buddhism you get is also painful and you can't get its essence. It's a pity that you know very little.

Therefore, there is no word to give up in Buddhism. That's why the word "put down" only rings in my ear from time to time. Letting go is a high level. Look at the four seasons' cold and heat, and understand the flowers and falls in bloom. Understand life and death. Understand that everything is impermanent. Let go of persistent thoughts. Don't force anything. Treat everything lightly. No resentment, no hatred, no meeting, no trace, everything goes with the flow, no worries. Only when you really put it down can you be comfortable!

So don't be a quitter, but a quitter. If so, we can. Prove that the physical bodhi is just around the corner.
