Wuyishan tea poems

The first person to chant Wuyi tea was Xu Yin, a scholar in Ganning at the end of Tang Dynasty. Xie Shangshu in his poem "Hui Lamian Noodles Tea", he chanted:

Wuyi enjoys a warm spring and a full moon, picking tea and offering sacrifices to immortals.

The flying magpies are printed into fragrant wax slices, and the monkey creek takes the Mulan boat.

Golden trough and agarwood powder, ice wood like a light culvert.

Gifts know the difference, and it is appropriate to cook Beishan Spring at night.

Xu Yin was born in Putian, Fujian. After Tang died, Wang became an official in Fujian. As can be seen from his poems, Wuyi tea has become a gift at that time, when the tea was broken tea. The method is to process the broken tea into tea cakes, which are printed with patterns of landscape birds and animals.

In the Song Dynasty, Wuyi tea was already very famous. At that time, tea drinking was very popular in the ruling and opposition parties, and tea tasting activities were often held, which was called "tea fighting". Wuyi tea is among the best in "fighting tea". This can be seen from Fan Zhongyan's "How to Fight Tea".

Poetry day:

Every spring comes to the southeast wind, and the simple stream is slightly warm first.

Strange tea by the stream is the highest in the world, and Wuyi immortals have been planted since ancient times.

During Song Xianping's reign, Ding Weisong was appointed as Fujian's water transport ambassador to supervise the production of imperial tea and listed Wuyi tea as a tribute. Later, when the famous calligrapher Cai Xiang was appointed as the magistrate of Fuzhou, Wuyi tea was made into "Little Dragon Regiment" tribute tea. Su Dongpo wrote a poem:

The grain buds on the edge of Wuyi Creek were added by Cai after the first decision.

Strive for new pets, each with his own plans, and strive for official tea this year.

Because drinking tea is all the rage, people pay attention to tea sets and drinking methods. At that time, there was a porcelain kiln in Yilinge, Wuyishan, which burned a shiny black glazed tea bowl. Cai Xiang wrote in the poem "Ten Poems in Beiyuan": "The rabbit is purple and fresh, and the crab's eyes are green and boiled." It refers to this elegant and unique tea bowl with rabbit's nanofibers and glaze spots.

Around the sixth year of Dade in the Yuan Dynasty, the royal family established the "Royal Tea Garden" near Wolong Lake in Wuyishan. Due to the large amount of tribute tea and the heavy burden on the people, Zhu Zun chanted in the Song of Imperial Tea Garden: "The monarch and the minister take the first time quickly and know that Shan Nong can't pick hairs." The Qing Dynasty poet Cha also said in Song of the Imperial Garden:

Pick spring first and then spring, and one fire and two fires will keep warm.

5000 cakes, chickens, dogs, rats, villages along the mountain.

Wuyi tea is good, and spring water is good. This kind of mountain spring contains a small amount of beneficial minerals, which is used to make tea, clear soup, sweet taste and pure fragrance. In the Ming Dynasty, Chen Guanyou wrote a poem praising:

Never offer jagged green, white clouds into the pot.

Guests are too lazy to ask Dan Jing, and love new tea to boil stone springs.

Go east along Hufuyan in Wuyishan, pass a stone gate, and there is a deep hole called Tea Cave. Traveler Xu Xiake once praised this cave as more beautiful than "the rock on the roof". There is an ancient tea tree in the cave. In the Qing Dynasty, Li Juan once wrote a poem praising: "The fragrance of milk and flowers is empty, and the flag and gun are floating green." It can be seen that the tea in the tea cave is precious. However, the most famous Wuyi tea is the "Dahongpao" in Kowloon, which is known as the "king of tea".

Lu Tingcan, a native of Jiading, Jiangsu Province in the Qing Dynasty, once worked as a magistrate in Chong 'an County under Wuyi Mountain. He praised Wuyi tea in the poem Wuyi Tea. The poem says:

Sang Ning is familiar with what she has seen and heard, and likes to visit Wu Yijun on the piano.

Light waves of Panasonic cooking streams and the moon, including Lumei cooking ridge clouds.

Wake up and sleep, judge the night, help the book clear and elegant.

Spring thunder urges fairy rock bamboo shoots, the second score of Queshelong Group.

In the poem, he not only gave an image description of Wuyi tea, but also highly praised the efficacy of Wuyi tea in "clearing the heart" and "awakening the mind". A Qing Renqiu also talked about the benefits of Wuyi tea in quenching thirst and benefiting thinking in his poem "Visit the Ancient Cave again". He said, "The thirst for tea has decreased, and the enthusiasm for reciting poems is still increasing."
