China has a long history of coal production. In ancient times, it was called "graphite" and "Carboniferous" (Kelpolo was surprised to call it combustible black stone), but it was called "coal" in the Ming Dynasty, so the place name was somewhat marked with coal. There are Meiyukou in the southwest of Datong City, Shanxi Province, Shitanwu in the southwest of Zibo City, Shandong Province, Shitanwu in the north of Shizuishan City, Ningxia, Hongmei Factory in Mentougou District of Beijing, Baofeng County of Henan Province, beipiao city City of Liaoning Province and Nanpiao District of Huludao City, meishan town in the northwest of Changxing County of Zhejiang Province, and coal dam in Ningxiang County of Hunan Province.
2. salt
Northern Jiangsu is a treasure house of salt industry, and Yancheng is its center. Du Yan County was established in the Han Dynasty, and it was renamed Yancheng County in the 7th year of Yixi in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (4 1 1). "There are salt fields around the city, hence the name Yancheng" (Gan Long's Yancheng County Records). In the Tang Dynasty, there were 123 salt pavilions in Yancheng County alone, which "ripened 400,000 stones every year". If the salt in the Tang Dynasty was 32kg, then 400,000 stones would be converted into12,800t. This is indeed a huge sum of money. Yancheng was founded in 1983.
3. porcelain
In Yuan Dynasty, the binary formula of porcelain stone and aged soil was used as the raw material of porcelain tire, and the quality of porcelain was greatly improved. This is a major change in the history of ceramics, so there is a saying in Jingdezhen history that "without Jingdezhen clay, there would be no Jingdezhen porcelain". Yan Tao, written by the Song Dynasty, describes the Gaoliang Mountain, which produces japonica rice soil.

Cixian County, Hebei Province is named after the magnet produced in Xishan County, and Shimian County, Sichuan Province is named after 195 1 because of its good washability and long fiber hair. There are "Fanshan" in Pingyang County, Zhejiang Province and Lujiang County, Anhui Province, both of which are named after alum. There is a "Shengdeng Mountain" in Longchang County, Sichuan Province. The so-called "Shengdengshan" is actually a spontaneous combustion phenomenon of natural gas. The ancients saw that the raging fire was just like the "Shengdeng Mountain" in myths and legends, so it was called "Shengdeng Mountain".
