The former site of the liberation headquarters of Zijin County of Guangdong, Jiangxi and Hunan Border Region Column is located in the Gospel Hall of Heshuwan, Wushi Town, Zijin County.
1949 On April 2 1 day, President Mao Zedong and Commander-in-Chief Zhu De issued the order to March to the whole country, and the million-strong army of the People's Liberation Army crossed the natural barrier of the Yangtze River and made an unprecedented all-round March to the vast areas that have not yet been liberated. In mid-May, Yin Linping, commander and political commissar of the Guangdong-Jiangxi-Hunan Border Region column, and director of the Political Department left the column with more than 1 regiment (headed by He Qing), 3 regiment (headed by Ruan Haitian) and more than 1,000 people in the independent camp 1 000. After sweeping the remnants of the Kuomintang in Wuhua and Lufeng, they moved to the Bauhinia Building, defeated the Kuomintang troops stationed in Longwo, and then invaded. The headquarters is located in the Gospel Hall of Heshuwan in Urumqi, and the troops are stationed in Heshuwan and Shimajiao.

On the 23rd, the Frontier and Longitudinal Command and the Political Department jointly issued the notices of "An Min" and "Taking over Zijin County". On the 25th, Zijin County Party Committee and Zijin County People's Government were announced. Feng Ye is the secretary of the county party committee, Pan Zuyue is the deputy secretary, and Li Mengzhi and Ye Yin are members. Pan Zuyue was appointed as the county head of the county people's government, and Li Mengzhi and Wen were appointed as deputy heads.
