Experience of Reading Journey to the West 1 1300 years ago, Chen Xuanzang, a monk in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, traveled tens of thousands of miles in 0/7 years, and finally got Buddhist scriptures from Tianzhu (now India), which communicated the connection between the Tang Dynasty and the western regions and wrote a brilliant stroke for cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries. 600 years ago, Wu Cheng'en, a great novelist in the Ming Dynasty, wrote an immortal ghost story, The Journey to the West, based on the story derived from the historical event of learning from the Tang Priest, which was enough to make Chinese people proud.
I first came into contact with Journey to the West when I was in primary school, and occasionally I could borrow some picture books of Journey to the West from my classmates. Occasionally, I can see the cartoons of Journey to the West in children's picture books, and I didn't see the original Journey to the West until I went to middle school. With my understanding and reading ability at that time, I only saw the excitement from The Journey to the West and knew some characters and plots, but I didn't learn much useful things from it. When my daughter also went to primary school and started reading independently, I recommended four great classical novels to her. When my daughter asked me why I wanted to study in the Journey to the West, I could only tell her that the beautiful words and attractive stories there helped to improve her writing level and expression ability. Besides, I can't tell her too much. It was not until this time that I participated in the "Classic Works Seminar" organized by the Organization Department of the Banner Committee and the Banner Party School, and listened to Professor Gao's simple introduction and guidance of this book, that I had an epiphany and felt that I began to really understand and like this book. Although I haven't had time to read this book carefully recently, I suddenly have a lot of experience and gains in my heart.
I think one of the truths embodied in Journey to the West is the principle of team success. It tells us that if a team wants to do something successfully, it must have the following points: First, it must have firm ideals and beliefs. The second is to have a team spirit. Third, we must have the spirit of hard work.
Specific analysis:
First: clear goals, firm ideals and beliefs.
Both Chen Xuanzang, who went west to seek the Dharma in history, and Tang Sanzang, a four-person master and apprentice who went west to learn Buddhist scriptures in myth, have one thing in common. Although Wan Li has suffered a lot along the way, they have a firm belief and the same direction. They have a clear purpose, that is, to get back the scriptures. Although they are monks, they are loyal to the monarch, serve the country, and learn from the scriptures for the direct purpose of making the Tang Dynasty stable forever. On the way to learn from the scriptures, they have never been tempted by wealth. Tang Priest's attitude has always been "We are monks. How can we be tempted by wealth and beauty? " In the ninety-ninth story, donkey kong threw four Tang Taoists from the air to the ground. After the completion of the eighty-one difficulties, the author embellished the poem "It is difficult to return to the truth in nine years and insist on establishing a porch", which means that it is difficult to learn from the scriptures, and it is difficult to achieve without one. Therefore, from them, we can sum up that we must set a goal in doing things, no matter how many difficulties we encounter on the way forward, we must overcome them, no matter how many temptations we have, we must be unmoved, we must work unswervingly towards the goal, work sincerely, make a breakthrough, and strive to move forward, and finally we will succeed.
Second: the successful execution of the task depends on the centripetal force and cohesion of the team.
Every member of the team needs a place to think and work hard. The collective strength is infinite.
Tang priest was alone when he first started to learn the scriptures, and he struggled at the beginning. It can be seen that it is impossible for him to complete this important mission of studying Buddhist scriptures alone, so his team later developed into four disciples and Bai. In this team, they all show their magical powers, shoulder their responsibilities, unite and cooperate, and move forward all the way.
The Tang Priest is the leader of this group, and he is determined on his way to the Western Heaven for Buddhist scriptures. Without him, this team can't be organized and can't go to the West. Along the way, although he is helpless and closes his eyes when encountering difficulties, he is good at grasping the characteristics of each member and will arouse their enthusiasm. He used spells to control the Monkey King, who was the most capable but sometimes disobedient, and used the authority of the leader and Buddhist precepts to manage the other two disciples.
The Monkey King is the backbone of this team, and he is the main force on the Western Heaven Road. Generally speaking, he is loyal to the cause of Buddhist scriptures, devoted to protecting Tang Priest, and generally abides by team discipline, but he does not engage in dogmatism and is not soft on monsters. Knowing that Tathagata and Guanyin Bodhisattva are the supreme leaders of the Buddha array, they are often asked to solve difficulties. Sometimes I will take advantage of my smart and lovely advantages, play some jokes with the leaders and make some mistakes. Pig Bajie can't be said to be the main force, nor can he be said to serve the Buddha. His participation was forced. He was not the main force, but he helped the enemy. Sometimes he went into battle with the Monkey King and Friar Sand at the same time, and sometimes the Monkey King was the main attack, assisted by Bajie, and cooperated tacitly. Although he has such shortcomings, he can bear hardships and stand hard work, do the dirtiest and most tiring work, sometimes complain, sometimes shrink back, but he has always successfully completed various tasks. Friar Sand is a workhorse in this group. He doesn't like the Monkey King to show off, and he doesn't like Pig Bajie to complain. He showed a high sense of teamwork and collective spirit. Although he didn't have much meritorious service in exorcising evil spirits and monsters, his role in uniting internal affairs should not be underestimated. He can always stand up and persuade when there is disharmony in the team and play the role of lubricant. At ordinary times, he is taciturn, walks and works, and when the two brothers carry the burden, he can also face the difficulties and provoke the burden, so that the group can tide over the difficulties with his efforts. Bai is a humanized horse, working hard all the way, abiding by his duties and carrying the Tang Priest. Stand up when the master and apprentice are in the most difficult time and save Tang Priest from danger.
Although the team had some unpleasantness and disunity on the way to learn from the scriptures, through mutual help and unity, they finally overcame difficulties and obstacles, defeated demons and ghosts, reached the Western Heaven, got the true scriptures and practiced Buddhism. Therefore, from them, we can sum up that in a team, everyone has his own personality, strengths and weaknesses. Team leaders and members should give full play to their respective advantages, help each other, overcome the unfavorable factors that affect the interests of the team, and form centripetal force and cohesion. "Everyone paddles", and unity has strength. As long as they unite and cooperate, there will be a foundation and guarantee for the success of their cause.
Third, the spirit of hard work is the key to success.
In a team, it is not enough to have firm beliefs and goals and the spirit of teamwork. The most important thing is to have execution, everyone needs to pay wisdom and labor, which requires a team member to have the courage to endure hardship and be good at it. The goals set, the tasks assigned, if everyone balks and does not take the initiative to take responsibility, then it is nonsense to implement the tasks and achieve success. It can be said that it is difficult for Tang Priest and his disciples to learn from the West, and life and death are unpredictable. On the long and arduous journey to the Western Heaven, there are not only high mountains and deep waters, but also monsters and ghosts in the way, as well as foxes, wolves, insects, tigers and leopards. On the journey, the journey is 108,000 miles, and the hardships are 81. And the four masters and apprentices, when encountering mountains and waters, clear the way, build ships, ward off evil spirits, and harm people for the people. They have the courage and perseverance to overcome all difficulties, endure all kinds of painful torture, are not in a hurry to achieve success, and are not lucky. Everyone gave their greatest wisdom and strength, went through hardships, finally overcame all difficulties and obstacles, and finally completed the feat of learning from the scriptures. Their hard work and dedication are always worth learning.
In a word, society advances in contradiction and human beings develop in struggle. Without firm direction, hard work and unity, we can't create a new life, achieve brilliant career and realize our own development. Therefore, every team, everyone, must have an ideal of life and a goal of struggle in doing everything. Having set an ideal and a clear goal, we must unswervingly move forward towards the ideal goal. "Difficulties and hardships are no less than success." When we encounter difficulties on the way forward and can't move forward, we might as well use such an allusion in The Journey to the West to encourage ourselves that "there is no flaming mountain that we can't cross." As long as we firmly believe, unite and cooperate, and work hard, we will eventually get the banana fan that will destroy the Flame Mountain, and finally realize ourselves and make contributions.
Finally, I wish everyone can hold a banana fan and fan out the flaming mountain on the way forward to realize their ideals and achieve their goals. Thank you all.
Reading Experience of Journey to the West 2 As one of the four classical novels, The Journey to the West is no stranger to everyone, right? TV plays are replayed at least once a year, which is enjoyed by adults and children.
The Journey to the West is a mythical novel created by Wu Cheng'en, an outstanding novelist in Ming Dynasty. Wu Cheng'en, whose real name is Ruzhong, is from Huai 'an, Sheyang Mountain, Jiangsu Province. He was down and out all his life. He was admitted to Gong Sheng at the age of 43 and became a county magistrate. But he disagreed with the chief executive and went back to his hometown. Wu Cheng'en lived in an era when social contradictions and ethnic contradictions were extremely acute in the Ming Dynasty. The ruling class collapsed and peasant uprisings broke out one after another. The dark society is stagnant and personal circumstances are bumpy, which makes Wu Cheng'en pour his resentment into his poems and The Journey to the West more intensively. The Journey to the West is his work after he returned to his hometown in his later years.
The main story of Journey to the West is to write the Monkey King's guarantee that Tang Priest would go to the West for Buddhist scriptures. He overcame all kinds of difficulties along the way and finally succeeded in learning Buddhist scriptures. It is a true historical story that Tang Priest learned the scriptures. Xuanzang, a monk in the Tang Dynasty, set out from Chang 'an and spent more than 17 years traveling in Wan Li several times, bringing back more than 600 Sanskrit Buddhist scriptures from India. Xuanzang once dictated what he saw and heard on his journey to the West, which was written by his disciples (The Tale of the Western Regions of Datang). Later, disciples Huihe and Yan Brown wrote another book (Datang The biography of Master Sanzang), which described Xuanzang's detailed experience in learning from the Western Regions. After the Song Dynasty, the story of learning from the scriptures was widely circulated among the people, and there were fairy scripts and stage performances. The Journey to the West of Wu Cheng'en directly inherited the folk literature materials about the story of learning from the scriptures.
The Journey to the West is a great romantic novel. It not only creates a magical, rich and fantastic world, but also has rich and profound ideological connotations and beautiful and complete artistic forms. The book * * * goes back one hundred times, and before fourteen times, it is interspersed with the contents of disturbing heaven, cutting dragons, Taizong entering ghosts, Liu Quan entering melons, and Xuanzang serving Zhao to learn from the scriptures. Making trouble in Heaven is the best part of Journey to the West. The author created the rebellious hero image of the Monkey King here. It exposed the corruption and incompetence of the ruler of the Heavenly Palace and reflected the indomitable spirit of the people in China feudal society. In the last eighty-six years, I wrote about Xuanzang and his disciples learning from the West. After dozens of bizarre disasters, they finally reached the Western Heaven to learn from the Buddhist scriptures, showing their strong perseverance in overcoming difficulties and their heroic spirit in conquering nature. This book is humorous, full of vitality and optimism.
Every task in the journey to the west is vividly portrayed. If you were The Journey to the West, which role would you like to play?
Journey to the West Reading Experience 3 I watched the fascinating TV series The Journey to the West over and over again. Only after reading The Journey to the West carefully recently did I really appreciate the charm brought by The Journey to the West's writing.
Taking the Monkey King, Pig Bajie and Friar Sand as clues, the Journey to the West protected Tang Priest from going to the Western Heaven to learn Buddhist scriptures, and struggled with monsters and sinister environments along the way, experiencing the story of eighty-one difficulties, and finally getting the true scriptures.
In the whole The Journey to the West, the most striking is the miraculous "the Monkey King" the Monkey King. Not only can he change seventy-two, but I also watched that fascinating TV series-Journey to the West over and over again.
Not only can he change seventy-two, but he also has a pair of critical eyes, which can distinguish between man and devil. Therefore, the Monkey King is good at exorcising demons and catching monsters, and has made great contributions to Buddhist scriptures. However, if there is no honest and kind sand monk, Sun Xunkong will not be so smooth in catching demons in the water; Although Zhu Bajie is greedy for money and lustful, he is not lacking in kindness. He is also a good helper for the Monkey King to catch demons. Tang Priest doesn't understand human feelings and enemies. However, he was always merciful and moved to heaven, and finally went through hardships and led his disciples to obtain the true scriptures. These four characters have their own characteristics and different personalities, forming a sharp contrast, which makes me have to admire the author's superb writing skills.
Reading Experience of Journey to the West 4 This holiday, I read The Journey to the West, one of China's four classical novels. Although everyone will have different feelings after reading it, they will all think that this masterpiece is very valuable. Wu Cheng'en, the author, vividly describes the image of each character in the story.
The Journey to the West is a very representative masterpiece. Mainly write the Monkey King and his younger brothers together to guarantee the Tang Priest to go to the Western Heaven for Buddhist scriptures. They overcame all kinds of difficulties along the way and finally succeeded in learning Buddhist scriptures. Everyone knows the images of Tang Priest, the Monkey King, Pig Bajie and Friar Sand in the story. In the story, the Tang monk's meat was eaten for nothing by intrigue. In order to protect the Tang Priest, the disciples fought bravely, especially the Monkey King risked his life to kill Bai, but all of them were misunderstood by Tang Priest. These descriptions make people feel immersive, and everyone thinks Townsend is very confused.
By reading some famous books, I found that there is a lot of truth in it. In fact, people are like this, and they don't stop when they encounter setbacks. Some people like smooth sailing, hoping that everything will not be tripped, shed tears, injured or dangerous, but this is impossible. Even if possible, this life will be meaningless. Frustration is not a devil, and smoothness is not an angel. They are all our friends, and we will live with them all our lives.
To sum up, in life, everyone who suffers setbacks does not exist at all. "If you are afraid of wolves, you won't go to the forest." The problem is that if we go into the forest, we won't find much. Therefore, we can only accept setbacks, be kind to them and overcome them. Therefore, we should know how to treat setbacks well, face difficulties bravely and move towards success.
The childhood memories left by Journey to the West are not just a sigh to Tang Priest and his party.
Although this novel is fictional, and most of the characters and plots are fictional, their images are alive, not fictional, but realistic.
In the wonderful book of Journey to the West, the four masters and apprentices are all four kinds of people in reality.
The Monkey King is the idol of children, and also the hero of the demon. Although he is only a stone monkey, his various performances are like a man, a man with a sense of justice. Maybe his prototype was indeed a monkey, or maybe he was an observant catcher at that time, but his spirit inspired people's sense of justice.
Pig Bajie is an ordinary person. He is afraid of death and lazy. Although he is pig-shaped, he is human. His characteristics interpret the heart of an ordinary person. He couldn't be more ordinary.
Friar Sand is a man of no opinion, and all he often talks about is "Big Brother", "Second Brother" and "Master". Brother and master are the sources of his opinions, and it is human nature that he has no opinions.
The Tang Priest's personality is the most complicated. He is kind and capricious, but he has willpower that ordinary people don't have. His will is stronger than that of the Monkey King after being bound. The actor who plays Tang Sanzang in the TV series The Journey to the West said that such a man is unattainable, and his will is incomparable to ordinary people.
This book is an interpretation of human nature. The jade emperor, the four heavenly kings and the Tathagata Buddha constitute such a wonderful book-Journey to the West.
