In 9 major urban rail transit construction projects, we organized preventive tests on 6,495 pieces of equipment in 384 substations in 8 major projects and nearly 100 minor projects. We used massive data analysis to predict failures and carry out preventive tests. Inspection and maintenance has eliminated safety hazards, solved 6 major system hazards, and handled 40 major faults in a timely manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power supply system, making outstanding contributions to the sound and rapid development and ultra-large network operation of Wuhan Metro. .

In the major technical transformation work of Wuhan subway power supply, he bravely shouldered heavy responsibilities and took responsibility. In 2016, he led the team to successfully complete the first phase 10kV protection device and power monitoring system renovation project of Wuhan Metro Line 1 with high quality and efficiency one month ahead of schedule. In 2018, Sun Hongjie once again faced the difficulties and was responsible for the transformation of the 750V DC traction power supply system of the first phase of Wuhan Metro Line 1. From 2019 to 2021, Sun Hongjie bravely took on the important task of transformation and independently completed the transformation of the 400V frame circuit breaker and PLC of Line 1. 2. Face difficulties and strive to improve operational quality.

In the Wuhan Metro Line 1 10kV protection device internal board circuit transformation project, Sun Hongjie overcame the difficulties of merchants’ dual monopoly on technology and supply, led the technical team to overcome the difficulties, and repeatedly studied the faulty board and After many attempts, the transformation of the board circuit and the safety demonstration were successfully completed, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and achieving a significant reduction in costs. This single item alone saved the company more than 500,000 yuan in production.

Aiming at the problem that the original DC switchgear current incremental protection (DDL protection) test instrument only tests qualitatively but not quantitatively, in order to more accurately simulate actual faults and improve the accuracy of protection, Sun Hongjie refused to blindly follow and work hard. He studied and independently transformed test instruments to enable quantitative calibration functions, and provided technical guidance to manufacturers without reservation to promote the transformation and upgrading of test equipment. Under his guidance, the equipment achieved large-scale mass production and promoted the industry The DDL protection test function has been improved to a new level.

As the golden line of Wuhan Metro transportation, Line 2 has a transportation capacity bottleneck. In order to overcome this technical difficulty, Sun Hongjie spent more than a month and passed 44 high-current tests to determine the power supply capacity and protection settings of the switch cabinet. , equipment performance and other aspects, to form a set of protection setting and test experience that can be used for reference and promotion, to provide power supply quality guarantee for Line 2’s “increased traffic density and shortened traffic interval”. This result provides a scientific and feasible experimental experience basis for improving the transportation capacity of the entire network, and provides a guarantee basis for guiding and promoting the further improvement and optimization of Wuhan subway transportation capacity, making it convenient for passengers to travel and benefiting the general public.

3. Innovate and create efficiency, and create a project “incubator”.

As an important piece of equipment in the Wuhan subway traction power supply system, the contact rail directly affects the subway power supply system and even the safe operation of the entire subway. In response to an accident in a foreign city due to a contact rail failure that led to a two-day subway outage, Sun Hongjie took precautions and conducted extensive research with the research team to determine and develop a temporary contact rail support base plan and draw a design, trial-produced a contact rail emergency repair base sample, and invented a completely independent The "Contact Rail Temporary Support Base", the core technology of intellectual property rights, has obtained the national utility model patent certificate. This patented product is the first in the country. Currently, Wuhan Metro has produced 149 sets and has been promoted to the entire network. At the same time, in order to quickly detect and display the vertical and horizontal parameters of the contact rail, Sun Hongjie guided the studio team to carry out the innovative project of "Electronic Detection Vehicle for Contact Rail Parameters" and obtained the national utility model patent. This product is the first in the country to continuously measure the operating data of the contact rail. It greatly improved work efficiency and won the Outstanding Project Award in the second Wuhan "Gongyou Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

The safety and reliability of subway DC system equipment are the basic conditions for ensuring the safe operation of the subway. In order to quickly and accurately find the DC switch cabinet control fault loop, Sun Hongjie summarized the Wuhan subway DC circuit breaker failure experience and wrote a PLC Diagnostic program, the "DC circuit breaker loop fault automatic detector" was developed. The product can quickly and automatically detect 181 terminals and 216 wires within 1 minute, achieving precise location of loop faults and greatly improving the efficiency of troubleshooting. At the same time, he took the lead in co-designing and producing the national utility model patented product with the studio's environmental control technology team - "Integrated descaling and passivation machine for heat exchangers", which has obvious cleaning capabilities and energy-saving effects.
