Lin Daqin, whose real name is Jingfu, was born in Dongpu, 15 1 1 year 65438+ February 25th (the sixth day of December in the sixth year of Ming Dynasty). According to the appendix of Chronology of Chinese History Cihai, he was born in September 1545 and died on August 12th, 24th year of Ming Jiajing. At the age of 34. 1532 (11th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty), Lin Daqin Senior Middle School, ranked first in Jiajing, edited by Hanlin Academy. Lin Daqin won the title at the age of less than 2 1, which is extremely rare in the history of China. He was the only literary champion trained in Chaoshan in feudal times. Lin Daqin, Chen Beike and Weng Wanda are also called "Chaoshan Three Masters".
Lin Daqin was born in Xiandu Village, Dongpu, Haiyang County, Chaozhou Prefecture in Ming Dynasty (now Xiandu Village, Jin Shizhen, Chaoan District, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province). According to his contemporaries Xue Kan's Biography of Lin Daqin, he was born in a scholarly family, and he loved books since childhood, especially Su Xun's Jia Ji, and he also got a book collection from his family, Zi Zi Xue Ji, Search for Hundreds of Words on Broadcom History. After reading Su Shi's and Su Zhe's essays, they are all written into articles. Later generations should start from their childhood when they evaluate their articles as "full of vigor and coolness". Before taking the provincial examination, Lin Daqin worked as a teacher in a school library to make a living. In the Ming Dynasty, Lin Xichun even said that "he lost his father at the age of 18 and had a lot of things to possess", including copying books and teaching.
Lin Daqin lived in an era, Wang Yangming's theory of mind became popular, and then developed into the new Confucianism of rival Zhu Cheng. Many famous officials in Chaozhou Prefecture, such as the family, the Yankee brothers, Chen Mingde, Chen, and even the famous Weng Wanda, are admirers of Wang Yangming's theory of mind. Wang Yangming once bluntly said that "there are no comrades in the country who are ahead of the trend." Lin Daqin and this group of scholars are close friends and often learn from each other. He was deeply influenced by Yangming's theory of mind. In fact, he went to Beijing to take the exam and attended a gathering of more than 40 scholars from Wangmen. After the revival of the lecture, it was about Yangming's mind. Hua Yan's Lecture Notes is his lecture notes and his representative work on psychology.
