1, control water quantity
When watering landscaping plants, we should strictly control the amount of watering. Different plants have different needs for water in different seasons. Generally speaking, herbaceous flowers need more water, woody flowers need less water, and ferns need more water during their growth. The pulp mill needs to reduce water consumption.
2, watering time
When watering the landscaping plants, we must choose the right time to let the plants absorb water better. Choose to water in the morning and evening in summer, and the soil temperature is high at noon in summer. During this period, watering will lead to a sudden drop in soil temperature, and the roots of plants will be stimulated and cannot absorb water normally. In other seasons, you should choose to water in the morning or at night.
3, watering frequency
When watering the landscaping plants, we should control the watering frequency. The watering frequency should be adjusted according to the change of climate, soil and season. Plants that like humidity can be watered once every 2 to 3 days, plants that like drought need to be watered once every 3 to 5 days, and plants with poor waterlogging tolerance need to be watered immediately after the soil is dry.
4. Preventive measures
Note that garden plants need to stop watering after they enter dormancy. Increase the amount of watering during the growing period. In winter, the temperature is low and the light is weak, so the amount of watering should be reduced. Pay attention to watering in the morning and evening in winter to avoid frostbite. Before the soil is frozen, it needs to be watered and permeable, and after the soil is frozen, it needs to be watered enough to turn green.
