What is Wang Anshi's view on Wujiang Pavilion expressed by Xiang Yu's defeat and suicide?

This is a poem written for Du Mu, which shows Wang Anshi's view on Xiang Yu's failure. Du Mu wrote in his "Diaojiangting": "The plan of a military strategist is unexpected. The children of Jiangdong are brilliant, and it is unknown that they will make a comeback. " It means criticizing Xiang Yu for not being broad-minded enough. If Xiang regroups in Jiangdong, maybe he can make a comeback. According to Wang Anshi's own understanding, Xiang Yu's failure is a foregone conclusion. Even if the children of Jiangdong were still alive, Xiang could not lead them to make a comeback, thinking that they might not be willing to work hard for the war again.
