Where is Yingde?

Yingde is located in the north-central part of Guangdong Province, in the middle and upper reaches of Beijiang River, and in the south of Qingyuan City.

Yingde, called Yingzhou in ancient times, has a history of more than 2200 years. It is named after Yingshan Mountain in China, and it is one of the sources of Pearl River culture in Lingnan area. It is the junction of the Pearl River Delta and the mountainous area of northern Guangdong, which is 38km away from Guangzhou/KLOC-0 in the south and 89km away from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

With a total area of 5,634 square kilometers, the city is the largest county-level administrative region in Guangdong Province, with 24 towns and 2 provincial-level industrial parks under its jurisdiction. Yingde has a vast territory and rich resources, and has successively won the titles of Shi Ying, China, Black Tea, Bamboo Shoots, Famous Historical and Cultural City, Strong Tourism City, Healthy City, Civilized City and Strong Education City in Guangdong.

It is the national Yingde women's football training base, the hometown of Shi Ying, China, China black tea, China bamboo shoots, China Shatangju, China sericulture, China women's football, China fruit cane and Chinese black melon.
