The difference between sake and turbid wine in ancient poetry

Sake is a high-grade wine used for ancestor worship in ancient times, which should be filtered to remove impurities; Turbid wine is a low-grade and cheap wine that ordinary people drink.

In Zuo Zhuan Qi Huangong defeated Chu Meng, there is a saying that "you can't enter the palace, and the king's sacrifice can't be reduced". The wine used for the king's sacrifice is sake;

"Don't laugh at farmers' muddy wine" in Lu You's "Tour Shanxi Village" refers to muddy wine.
