Once upon a time, he served as a procurator in Jiangxi and Zhejiang, a secretary in Shaojian, and an assistant minister in the Ministry of Rites. Once upon a time, he was very knowledgeable and diligent about political affairs. Lu You is his student. After his death, Lu You wrote "Epitaph" for him, and later generations included it in Jiangxi Poetry School.
