That is to say, the interactive network teacher teaches online, and the offline teacher assists the network teacher to organize the students so that the students can learn more fully. We call online teachers teaching assistants and offline teachers teaching assistants, so how to do a good job of assisting students in the double-teacher class? As a teaching assistant of the county-level mutual addition program, I have the following suggestions:
First, a clear motivation, a reasonable choice of courses

As teaching assistants, we should actively connect teaching assistants with students, do a good job in classroom routine management, cooperate with teaching assistants to give students personalized guidance, encourage and praise more, fully mobilize students' enthusiasm, let all students participate in the whole process of learning, and create a positive and effective classroom atmosphere.
Third, actively punch in, watch more and learn more.
As an intern teacher, you need to punch in your homework after each class. Punching in seriously and actively can not only record the learning experience in class, but also witness every progress and growth of students, bringing teachers and students a sense of happiness and accomplishment. So, how can we get an excellent punch and a 5-point choice?

In the course of double-qualified teachers, we found some typical cases of excellent teachers and auxiliary students.
