"Here, it turned out to be a village" is the first lesson in Unit 3 of the fifth grade Chinese textbook published by Beijing Normal University. This is a narrative poem. Taking a "small village" such as Shenzhen Special Economic Zone as the epitome of China society, this paper eulogizes the earth-shaking changes in China's economy, urban construction and people's life since the reform and opening up with the tone of "I" and expresses the poet's concern.
