Last Wednesday morning, in the second class, I taught the poem "Jinse" in Unit 3 of Compulsory 4 according to the lesson plan formulated by the preparation group. Through classroom teaching, I found that students' learning effect is not ideal, learning objectives are not completed as planned, and there are still great shortcomings in the teaching process, which I have seriously and profoundly reflected on.
Before teaching the article "Jinse", I carefully prepared teaching reference books and collected a lot of reading materials about Jinse on the Internet. Through careful arrangement, I made a courseware for this poem to assist teaching and improve classroom teaching effect. When preparing lessons, I grasp the key points of this poem as a whole, that is, a large number of allusions and the sadness conveyed by the author, so that students can feel the artistic conception of the text themselves. Taking advantage of the holiday, I comprehensively reviewed the teaching process at that time and found some shortcomings, as follows:
First, the classroom does not reflect the students' dominant position.
What do you advocate now? Efficient classroom? Under the new model, we should give full play to students' dominant position. Students talk more, but teachers talk less. In this class, I just turn these two upside down. From beginning to end, I instilled knowledge into students, and didn't let them experience it themselves. Although knowledge is taught to students, students are passive rather than active in the process of acquiring knowledge. In this way, students' memories are not profound. To turn this passivity into initiative, it is necessary to let students play their subjective initiative. I can show the last slide to my classmates first, so that they can express their opinions and talk about their own views on this poem. In this way, students can participate in this activity and speak freely, and then I will make an appropriate supplementary summary. Originally, this poem had many interpretations. Through this form, students' classroom enthusiasm and interest in this poem can be stimulated. This effect is far stronger than what I unilaterally instilled in them.
Second, the language in the classroom needs to be refined.
When I talk about a knowledge point, I will emphasize it repeatedly. Because I am afraid that my classmates will not listen carefully and miss what I said, I will unconsciously repeat it, making the whole class look monotonous and become a teacher's? The main battlefield? . So when summing up, it is good to be appropriate. If you are worried that the students didn't listen, let them summarize. If one student has something incomplete, other students can add it. Achieving the effect of a classroom test can also deepen the understanding of poetry.
Thirdly, one detail is neglected: students are not allowed to feel poetry by reading aloud.
Originally, the study of poetry should let students read poetry by themselves and feel the language and artistic conception of poetry. The poem Jinse pays attention to an artistic conception and conveys a sad feeling. And such a realm and emotion, if I analyze the content of the poem and then convey it to the students, maybe they can know such an artistic conception and such an emotion, but it will not be very profound. I can make students read this poem over and over again, whether they understand it or not, and feel the poet's feelings by reading it aloud. In the teaching process of this course, although there is reading, it seems that it is just a scratch.
Fourth, further strengthen the cultivation of students' self-confidence and oral expression ability.
The most important thing to pay attention to in future teaching is to make students dare to speak, accept their mistakes and cultivate their language expression ability. Students with strong expressive ability in the class can explain clearly why a problem exists, but most students don't like to express themselves and don't want to speak in class. Therefore, in this class, the second point I have concerns about is that students can't speak when they stand up, time is wasted, and teaching tasks can't be completed. Only care about completing teaching tasks, but ignore the process of letting students exercise. Every student should be included. It is impossible for students to reach such a high standard in one day or two. This is a long process, and I need to give each of them a chance to exercise. Maybe at first, the students were afraid to stand up and say anything. Maybe they were more afraid that they were wrong and that what they said was not the standard answer. At this time, we should encourage students, establish their self-confidence, accept students with a smile and tolerance, let students dare to speak in class step by step, and slowly develop towards a good trend, so that they can exercise their language expression ability unconsciously. Of course, I know that this will not be realized soon, and it will take a long process, which requires patience. I think I will try my best to do it.
These are my shortcomings in the teaching of Jinse. Every comment made by President Cao is in place, which is the direction I need to improve and work hard in the future classroom. I will humbly accept and strive to improve, be strict with myself, prepare lessons carefully, do a good job in every class, seriously reflect on every class, and carefully correct every assignment. Fully arouse students' learning enthusiasm in class and make students become real classroom teaching? Main force? So that every class can become an efficient class.
As a young teacher in a new job, he has no teaching experience and urgently needs the careful guidance of his predecessors to explore teaching methods and means. Especially after listening to the careful guidance of President Cao, I benefited a lot. The headmaster's suggestions all reflect his concern and help for me, a young teacher. I believe that with the care of all teachers, I will grow up quickly and truly become a qualified Chinese teacher in senior high school. I hope that the leading teacher will criticize and correct me.

I want to know why my Jinse has fifty strings, and each string has a youthful interval.
Zhuangzi daydreaming, a saint, was bewitched by butterflies, and cuckoo crowed in the imperial spring.
Mermaids shed pearl-like tears on the moon-green sea, and the blue fields breathed their jade to the sun.
A moment that should last forever? Before I knew it, it had come and gone.
