It is late autumn and September, and the weather in Zhouxia is starting to get colder. In the early morning, thousands of years have enveloped Yuan Ye. The cold air has come from the Three Gorges and Wushan Gorge. The river water has become clearer and colder. The trees are sparse and withered, but the plants of the Compositae family are competing against the frost to bloom beautiful and bright flowers. The mountains are full of flowers. The maple leaves turn bright red, like colorful clouds falling on the mountains. The light is deep, green and blue, with white clouds floating in the blue sky. Just like in the fields, the golden ears of rice bend deeply, blowing by the breeze and giving out bursts of cheers. The farmers are harvesting happily. This is the harvest season and the hope of the farmers for the year. During the Kaiyuan period, due to the dynasty's policy of light taxes and low remote labor, farmers lived and worked in peace and contentment. Local officials and the dynasty attached great importance to the construction of water conservancy facilities and reclaimed a large amount of land, making every family rich and goods flowing smoothly.
"Jingmen in Autumn"
Autumn frost falls on Jingmen, and the leaves are scattered all over the ground. Because there are mountains and the river is very open, the autumn wind also sends me away, letting my Have a safe journey.
This time I went out not for the sake of food, but to visit famous mountains and rivers, so the place I wanted to go to was in the mountains.
In mid-September, Li Bai and Wu Guide set sail in the bleak autumn wind. On Zhou Xia's dock, Zhou Xia's family and friends still watched for a long time, watching the canoe sail into the Xiajiang River between Jingmen and Huya. The river turned east and left until it was completely submerged by the higher Huya Mountain.
Li Bai’s goal is to go to middle school. Li Bai, the scenery of Zhongshan has been picturesque and dreamlike in his mind since his boyhood. Li Bai loved and admired Xie Lingyun's landscape poems. From Xie Ke's poems, he realized the beauty of nature and mountains and rivers. Since then, he has been full of expectations and respect for the scenery of Zhongshan. Li Bai's heart is transparent, as exquisite as a bronze mirror. How much his heart longs for the nourishment of mountains and rivers.
Sail to quarry stones, hang a mat to collect the moon. There is no clue to rise, and there is transcendence in an empty ship.
Spring grass grows in the pond, and willows grow into songbirds.
The Rocky Mountains are thick and stacked, and the continent stretches as far as the eye can see. Embrace the white clouds and the secluded rocks, which are so green.
The sun is shining brightly and the air and water are clear.
The evening scene gathers in the forest and the sunset glows in the night sky. Water chestnuts and lotus flowers echo in the blue river water, and reed mats grow alongside wheat.
It's hard to stay on the cliff, but it's easy to run deep in the forest.
Ping Ping Ping Ping deep, Fu Pu shallow. Stones fly in the spring, and I climb the forest to pick leaves. If you want to meet the Shan people, you will meet her.
I stayed in the clouds and got this stone last month.
How dreamy and desirable these wonderful poems are!
Wuyue has been a scenic and cultural destination since ancient times. In this heroic land, tragic hymns have been performed from generation to generation. She faces the vast, magnificent and boundless sea to the east, the Yangtze River to the north, Huangshan Mountain and Tianmu Mountain to the west, and Kuaiji Mountain, Canglin Mountain and Yandang Mountain along the southeast coast. Xin'an River and Fuchun River flow through the center of the belly and merge into the sea. There are many peaks and hills in the south, and the alluvial plain where the Yangtze River and Fuchun River converge in the north.
As early as ancient times, Dayu succeeded in controlling floods. He awarded the princes in Kuaiji Mountain and was buried in Kuaiji. In order to make way for Hezi Chang, the eldest son and the second son Yong, whose father was the elder, cut off their hair and tattoos to avoid the state of Wu, and the state of Wu developed from then on. During the Spring and Autumn Period, under the leadership of the great military strategists Sun Wu and Wu Zixu, Wu Xi advanced to conquer Chu. Wu Zixu whipped his corpse in Ying, the capital of Chu, and then went north to compete with Qi for hegemony. During this period, Wu Yue and China staged the most beautiful restoration and destruction of the country in the Spring and Autumn Period. The book "Gusu Tai Kuaiji Mountain" records that King Wu Fu Chai vowed to avenge his father and Lu, recruited talents, worked hard to govern, and finally defeated Yue, making Yue a prince of Wu. The King of Yue and his wife herded horses for him for three years. It records that King Gou Jian of Yue lived together for ten years, worked hard to govern, and finally destroyed Wu in one fell swoop, washing away the shame and hatred of his family and country; it records the tragic ending of Wu Zixu and the doctor's writing style, the death of the fox and the rabbit, and the cooking of the dog's legs. It records the lofty sentiments of Sun Wu and Fan Li who retired after success and stayed away from fame and wealth; it also records Shi's great spirit of dedication to the country. At the end of the Qin Dynasty, Xiang Yu, the overlord of Chu, rose from Kuaiji and led eight thousand soldiers across the river from east to north to conquer the Central Plains and destroy Qin in one fell swoop. He became a prince in Xianyang and was besieged on all sides by Liu Bang. After breaking out of the siege, he committed suicide in Wujiang. At the end of the Western Jin Dynasty, Hansi Zhang from Wuzhong left Luoyang because of the autumn wind. Thinking of the leeks, soup and seabass in Wuzhong, he resolutely resigned and drove home. His "Thinking of Wujiang Song" made countless wanderers remember Wuzhong and their hometown.
The autumn wind blows, the leaves are flying, and the water of Wujiang River is getting richer and fatter.
Three thousand miles away, Xi's family has not returned yet, making it difficult to ban him.
During the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasties, Wang Xizhi, a great calligrapher and general of the right army, lived in Lanting, drinking and composing poems with Xie An, Sun Chuo and others, and wrote the famous "Lanting Preface". He was a literati and scholar of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. This grand event was the envy of later generations of literati. Xie Anshi, who controlled the small court in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, was in danger of falling. When he was young, he was lying on Dongshan Mountain with no intention of career and fame, but he finally got married because of his livelihood. He sang a song "The Mighty Torrent" in Xinting, which shocked the arrogant thief Huan Wen, and finally settled the matter in court. He was able to defeat the millions of cavalry who had unified the north with an army of 70,000 at Feishui, trying to smash the front of Jiangdong to unify China. Xie Lingyun is a humble landscape poet and the originator of Chinese landscape poetry. He created a large number of landscape poems throughout his life, mostly praising the mountains and rivers of Vietnam.
His poems are natural and fresh, giving people a sense of beauty. It was precisely because Li Bai was familiar with Xie Lingyun's poems that he was full of yearning for Vietnam.
After boarding Jingzhou, Li Bai said goodbye to his friends in Jingzhou and said goodbye to Jingzhou silently in his heart. He will not forget Jingzhou, not only because Jingzhou is the birthplace of Chu culture and one of the most important and splendid chapters of Chinese culture, but also because of the beloved sons of Shu who Li Bai admired, and the famous poets of the Southern Dynasties, Xie Li, Bao Zhao, and Yu Xin. They all left their footprints in Jingzhou. Li Bai also met the famous Taoist Sima Chengzhen in Jingzhou, which inspired him to a high sense of pride.
In late September, Li Bai arrived in Yuezhou. Yuezhou belongs to Jiangnan Road, an important town in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Its location is outstanding. It is both the east gate of Jingzhou and the west barrier of Ezhou. At the same time, it was the north gate of ancient Changsha. The four rivers of Xiang, Yuan, Li and Zi merge here to form Dongting Lake, which is more than 800 miles away, and finally flows into the Yangtze River. In the east of Yuezhou, there is a north-south Luoxiao Mountain Range. In the north of this mountain range, also known as the Mufu Mountains, it extends to Ezhou, nearly 200 kilometers away from Yuezhou, where the Yangtze River turns to the northeast. To the south is the Hengshan Mountains. Between the Hengshan Mountains and the Luoxiao Mountains, the Xiang River flows from the far south, gathering many tributaries along the way and pouring into Dongting overwhelmingly. To the west of Hengshan Mountain, there is Purple Water between it and the Snow Mountain. Zishui comes from the mountains, and finally merges with Xiangshui and flows into Dongting. Xuefeng Mountain runs from north to south, and is connected to Hengshan Mountain in the south. The mountain peaks are extremely high in altitude and covered with snow all year round. To the west of Xuefeng Mountain, the Yuanshui River originates from Guzhangke County and flows from southwest to northeast in Lan County. It is a secondary tributary of Dongting Lake with a flow rate slightly lower than Xiangshui. To the west of the Yuan River, the Li River flows through the Wuling Mountains from west to east. The four waters converge to form the vast Dongting Lake, which impacts the wider plain around Dongting Lake, namely the Dongting Lake Plain. The Dongting Lake Plain and Jianghan Plain north of the Yangtze River were called Yunmeng Daze in ancient times, and were vividly described by Sima Xiangru of the Han Dynasty in "Zixu Fu". Dongting Lake is almost connected to the Yangtze River, and finally flows into the Yangtze River through Chenglingji, Yuezhou.
After Li Bai arrived in Yuezhou, he was favored by students in Yuezhou. His "Ode to a Dapeng Encountering a Rare Bird" has spread throughout Yuezhou, and students are rushing to circulate it. They were deeply impressed by Li Bai's literary talents and had long wanted to get to know this genius in Shu. At the same time, Li Bai's poems "Mount Emei Moon Song" and "Jingzhou Song" written in Jingzhou were also praised by students. People were amazed at Li Bai's talent, and the students spread the word.
Li Bai surveyed Yuezhou City. It is located at the foot of a hill extending westward from the Shogun Mountains. There is the vast Dongting Lake to the west, criss-crossing lakes to the east and south, and the Yangtze River from the northwest turns nearly 100 degrees here from north to east. Yuezhou City was built near Dongting Lake and can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period. In the eleventh year of King Zhao of Chu, Ximi City was built here as the southeastern barrier of Chu State. After the Three Kingdoms, the geographical location of Yuezhou became more prominent and important. After Baling County was established in the first year of Yuankang, Emperor Hui of the Jin Dynasty, Yuezhou has always been the seat of the county. In the Sui Dynasty it was changed to Bazhou, and in the eleventh year of my reign it was changed to Yuezhou. The Yuezhou City Wall is tall and majestic, nearly 1,500 meters from east to west and 2 kilometers from north to south. It faces the lake in a stepped manner, mainly to prevent floods from Dongting Lake from entering the city during high water periods. There are gates and moats outside the other three walls.
Li Bai quickly made many friends in Yuezhou. They exchanged poems together, expressing their magnificent feelings for making contributions to the Tang Dynasty. Accompanied by Li Bai's friends, he visited Dongting Lake and Junshan Mountain, and climbed to the Yueyang Tower to compose poems while drinking wine.
Li Boyuan planned to stay in Yuezhou for a while and then continue south. Unexpectedly, Wu Guide fell ill due to a cold infection shortly after arriving in Yuezhou. Wuzhi and Li Bai were from Zhangming County. Li Bai met in a mine when he was young. Director Wu's family background is very solid. His father is a well-known gentleman in the county. He is very studious and diligent in research. He had lofty ambitions and ideals since he was a child, and he traveled with Li Bai when he was a teenager. Li Bai left Sichuan this time and wrote a song "Farewell to Kuang Mountain" to express his ideals and goals.
The east peak is picturesque and jagged, with vine shadows swaying in the wind.
Many dogs accompany me on the wild trails, and I will return to Chai later in life.
Looking at the cloud guest leaning against the crow and ape tree, the dishwashing monk will lose his dynasty
Wu’s guide also recited poems and composed poems, vowing to dedicate his life to the motherland, adding luster to the prosperous Tang Dynasty. He and his best friend and classmate Li Bai traveled around the world looking for opportunities to contribute to the country and its people. In the more than a year since he left his hometown and bid farewell to Kuangshan, he and Li Bai made friends with many famous scholars, heroes and like-minded people who had ideals and rewards. They also visited countless famous mountains and rivers and felt the magnificence of the motherland's rivers and mountains, which further inspired and strengthened their determination to serve the country and the people. After arriving in Yuezhou, they happily took a boat trip to Dongting Lake and other places. Perhaps due to the tiredness of the journey and the getting colder weather in autumn, I caught windchill the day after visiting Dongting Lake. And Li Bai's friend in Yuezhou hurriedly went to get the medicine. They thought they would be fine after taking a few pills and sweating a little, but their condition became worse and worse. Li Bai always looked at him.
One afternoon in mid-October, Xia visited Director Wu again. Xia, named Rulan, ranked twelfth, was a famous talent in Yuezhou. After arriving in Yuezhou with Li Bai's guide Wu, they hit it off and hated each other until late. Xia Youyou admired Li Bai's literary talent and considered him one of the most outstanding talents since the founding of the Tang Dynasty. I started the Tang Dynasty with Emperor Gaozu in Taiyuan, and went south to the Yellow River to found Xianyang. Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty immediately launched a westward expedition and finally unified the country. All the people from all over the world, including Yi and Di, bowed their heads and proclaimed themselves ministers. Their literary ambitions and martial arts reached their peak, and Zhenguan's rule transcended the ages.
But unfortunately, the writing style is weak, and there are still copies of palace-style poems from the Six Dynasties. Emperors Shizhi, Great Sage and Daxiao, as well as Luo, Yang Jiong and Lu, four outstanding figures in the early Tang Dynasty, changed the decadent state of palace poetry, expressed true feelings and described the real world, and brought a strong influence to the world of Tang poetry. A fresh breeze. For Chen Ziang, a talented scholar in Shu, his poems completely swept away the obsolescence of the Six Dynasties and set off a revolution in the poetry world of the Tang Dynasty. However, no one followed Chen Ziang, so the official style of Emperor Tenmu's era still dominated the poetry world.
After asking about Wu Guide's condition, Xia and Li Bai stepped out of the room. They walked slowly along the wall of Dongting Lake and climbed to the Yueyang Tower unknowingly.
The Yueyang Tower was built on the edge of Dongting Lake, close to the Yuezhou City Wall, and located on a hill. It is a three-story wooden pavilion building. On the front of the building, the inscription on the wall is "Composed by the capital of Shi'an County and the Dengba Mausoleum of Zhang Xiangzhou". The author is Yan Yanzhi, a famous poet in the Southern Song Dynasty. This book is written in cursive script and was written by Zhang Shuo, the prime minister of the Tang Dynasty. This poem by Yan Yanzhi is the first poem to praise Yueyang Tower. Written in the first year of Yuanjia, when Yan Yanzhi was transferred from Shi'an County, he passed through Yuezhou and climbed Yueyang Tower. When Yueyang Tower was originally called Baling Tower, it was renamed Yueyang Tower by later generations because of Yan Yanzhi's "Qingqi Yueyang, Zeng Huibolan Ao". Since then, Yueyang Tower has become famous. Literati went up to the tower to overlook the Dongting, and expressed their lofty sentiments with poems and wine. Prime Minister Zhang said that in the fourth year of Kaiyuan, when he transferred Yuezhou Governor from Xiangzhou, he cared about the people, dredged four rivers, and at the same time built and strengthened Yuezhou City to withstand the impact of Dongting Lake. Finally, he rebuilt the Yueyang Tower, changing the original two-story building into a three-story building, and went upstairs to write poems with literati. On the first floor, he carved a poem by the great poet Yan Yanzhi, which he wrote himself.
Li Bai and Xia climbed to the second floor. On the second floor, the inscription on the wall reads Zhang Shuo's "Ascending the South Tower with Zhao Dongxi and Yin Maozi":
The dangerous building is hollow in the lake, and the water shines at the corner of the city. Life invites Yuhuo, and family leader Fengchu.
The mountains are clear and red, and the mountains are clear and green. Looking up at homesickness, spring will be different.
In the fifth year of Kaiyuan, I had a gambling heart.
The two of them admired Zhang Shuo's poems for a while, so they chose to do it in the north carriage. The third floor was very narrow and they didn't want to go up any more. The boy went to prepare the table.
"It is mid-October, Enpei
"Since the current emperor of our dynasty ascended the throne, we have reused sages such as Yao Chong and Song Jing, and the emperor has also made great efforts. In July 2002, I personally published a book: Using gold and silver as playthings, I ordered the competent authorities to destroy them for the use of the army and the country. Jade and brocade jade are burned in front of the palace. The queen, empress, and other people in the palace, such as the following, are not allowed to have beautiful pearls or jade. And the brocade workshops in the two capitals were cancelled. This has never happened since the days of Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors. Because in order to rule the world peacefully, it is first important to give up human greed and extravagance. If coupled with human extravagance, the world will be out of control. It is rare for an emperor to know how to govern a country and take the lead in frugality. After more than ten years of hard work, the world is now peaceful and healthy, people live and work in peace and contentment, property is abundant, cities are prosperous, and business travel is smooth. It must have been closed for a long time before it was successful. Today's humble emperor, after several years of repeated requests from ministers and people all over the world, only agreed to hold retreats this autumn and winter so as not to affect farming. "Li Bai has been paying attention to Zen for a long time, so he said it.
"I heard that the leaders of the four barbarians came in person to accompany the emperor on his retreat eastward, and the Turks also sent ministers to the court. ”
“This is a historic event that will forever go down in history. Naturally, it was a huge event and a spectacular scene. Li Bai said: "After Zen retreat, our dynasty will be blessed by God and ancestors, the country will be more prosperous, and the people will be happier and healthier." ”
Xia continued, “This is also a major event in our imperial literary world. I wonder who wrote Ji Taishan’s inscription? "
"This time, in addition to Prime Minister Zhang Shuo, there was another literary leader who followed the emperor on his eastward journey to Feng Chan. He was also accompanied by the Minister of Rites, the old prime minister, and the Minister of Rites Zhang Jiuling, He and others. . They are all the literary elite of our holy dynasty. Ji Taishan's inscriptions last through the ages. Li Bai paused, and then said: "The literature of our Holy Dynasty will soon be revived." Nowadays, the emperor cherishes talents, thirsts for talents, and rewards literary talents. In April of this year, the emperor changed the Immortal Hall into the Jixian Hall, appointed bachelors and direct bachelors, and sent Prime Minister Zhang Lao to preside over the affairs of the academy. The rise of sacred literature is just around the corner. "
"Yes! Brother Taibai, you and I are so lucky to be born in this prosperous age. The old prime minister Zhang Yisheng was in good health and was full of articles. He was one of the best at present. He is the pillar of the country and a blessing to our students. When Old Prime Minister Zhang was in Yuezhou, my father and I also visited him. I was only fifteen or sixteen years old at that time. The old Prime Minister Zhang Can is described as a hero with an elegant spirit. He did many good things for the people of Yuezhou. Unfortunately, after only two years in Yuezhou, he was transferred to Jingzhou as chief historian. Yuezhou people still miss it. Yes, Brother Taibai, you are so lucky to have met Old Prime Minister Su. Please tell me about it. ”
“Prime Minister Mr. Su is my teacher. "Li Bai said slowly, with bright flowers shining in his eyes, immersed in the exciting past events of his boyhood. "That was the ninth year of Kaiyuan. In the eighth year of Kaiyuan, Prime Minister Su Lao proposed a strict ban on bad coins and was exempted from the post of Song Jing. He was appointed as the Minister of Rites, and Xunxun was appointed as the governor of Yizhou Dudufu, observing the integrity and guarding the construction of Nanzhou. Jiandao is adjacent to Nanzhao to the south and separated from Tubo to the west. Diqiang within the territory is often restless. Although there were four barbarians in Wei Town in the Tang Dynasty, there were still conflicts and frictions on the four sides.
After Prime Minister Su arrived in Yizhou, he appeased the border powers, strengthened border defense construction, and at the same time vigorously built water conservancy projects to benefit the people of Yizhou. Prime Minister Mr. Su is also a literary master and is very concerned about the construction of academic libraries in Yizhou. I admire the name of Mr. Su, so I rushed from my hometown Zhangming to Chengdu to pay a visit, hoping to see Mr. Su’s true face
“Where, where. I am a poor scholar. I have lived in Xishu since I was a child. A corner with little knowledge. Therefore, I came to travel with my tour guide brother, hoping to broaden my horizons and broaden my horizons. As the ancients said: Traveling thousands of miles, reading thousands of books, Ma Qian of the Taishi Company of the Western Han Dynasty has not yet written. He traveled around the world after finishing the first biographical novel in Chinese history: "Historical Records", which is really amazing!"
"Tai Shigong followed Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty to our Dongting, and Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty shot Jiang Jiao to death in Junshan. Along the Xiangjiang River, we went to the burial place of Emperor Shun at Nanyue Hengshan and Jiuyi Mountain in the south of Hengshan. "This place is not only the important birthplace of Chu culture, but also the birthplace of ancient Chinese culture."
< p>They drank and chatted, and an hour passed before they knew it. There were only a few people drinking upstairs. Li Bai held up his wine glass and strode up to the third floor, leaning on the railing and looking ahead. I saw a bright moon spurting out from the Shogunate Mountain in the east. The earth was bathed in the moon's frosty brilliance, and Yuezhou City was in full view. In the sky, the late returning wild geese were chirping. They flew over the roof in a long queue and flew south. Fog filled the lake, and a little fishing fire shone on the fishing boat. Facing such beautiful scenery, Li Bai composed a poem "Climbing the Yueyang Tower with Xia Twelve":Climbing the Yueyang Tower, overlooking the Yangtze River and the vast Dongting Lake. Seeing the wild geese flying south caused my sad heart, with the mountains in the distance heading for a good month.
On the upper level of the sky, stay in the chair and upload a glass of heavenly wine. The cool breeze that rises after being drunk blows the sleeves, and we are about to return.
In late November, after a few gloomy days, a heavy snow finally began to fall. Snowflakes are flying. Are these the tears shed by Xiangjun and Xiangfu? The sad news of Emperor Shun's death came from Cangwu Wilderness, which made Ehuang and Nvying shed tears when they came from the distant Central Plains to Dongting Junshan. The patches of bamboo forest cannot melt the mistress’s lovesickness and regret. They both threw themselves into Dongting Lake and let the waves of Dongting Lake soothe their sorrow and grievances. From then on, Junshan was no longer charming, and she silently watched the Hunan water flowing from the distant Jiuyi Mountain all year round. It was the river water flowing from the resting place of her beloved. From then on, Dongting Lake was no longer peaceful. Day and night, they sang tragic songs for their lingering and loyal love.
The snow has stopped, and the land of Yuezhou is completely white. In the distance, Mt. Shogun to the east is picturesque, photocopied in the sky. It is so tall, majestic and magical. The top of the snow peak should be a place where gods and goddesses hang out. Dongting Lake is covered with white snow, like a large piece of glass. In the distance, Junshan Mountain is illuminated by white snow and red sun, forming a whole with Dongting Lake. It was a world of ice and snow, which made people daydream and indulge.
In the twelfth lunar month, Wu Guide was dying and his body was too thin to be human. When he was dying, he grabbed Li Bai's hand and said with difficulty: "Brother Taibai, I can no longer accompany you to the great rivers and mountains of the motherland. You hope to realize the grand wish we made at the beginning!"
Wu's tour guide left. Li Bai was buried in Dongting outside the city, and friends from Yuezhou came to pay their respects. Li Bai cried and howled. He knew that his guide brother would never die. They walked out of the mine together. In the past two years, they have experienced many hardships and twists and turns, but their two young hearts are full of enthusiasm and pride. Now, unrewarded for my ambition, I am dead in another country. How can I make my guide willing? Li Bai could not forget their sincere feelings of knowing each other, caring for each other, and taking care of each other. Li Bai knew how rare it was to meet each other in the world, and there would never be a friend like Brother Guide again. In the infinite future, Li Bai will walk alone, and he cannot help but feel sad for himself. Looking at Guide's remains, Li Bai made a careful promise in his heart: he would never live up to Guide's last words and fulfill his unfinished wish. As stated in "The Rhapsody of a Dapeng Encounters a Strange Bird", he must add glory to the Tang Empire.
During the Spring Festival, Li Bai will leave Yuezhou and continue eastward. Friends from Yuezhou held a farewell party for Li Bai at Yueyang Tower. When boarding the ship in Chenglingji, Xia and other Yuezhou friends insisted on seeing him off. Li Bai waved goodbye to his friends by the river, and also said goodbye to Yuezhou and Dongting in his car.
"Brother Taibai, look, that's wintersweet." Xia exclaimed in surprise. Following Li Bai's fingers, sure enough, on the river bank, a wintersweet bloomed along the river. Elegant white flowers sway in the river breeze. How like a white and charming girl, she tells the message of spring to the pedestrians on the river. Li Bai suddenly felt enlightened. The river wind in early spring is still biting and cold, and the river water is like rolled out dough, undulating, pushing the boat down the river. To the east, on the right front of the ship, Mount Mufu welcomes the ship like a rolling dragon. The snow on the top of the mountain has not yet melted, but the trees at the foot of the mountain are green. The messenger of spring has been calling quietly and enthusiastically, and the land of China is full of vitality. There are only a few boats on the river, but the river is vast. The reeds and river grass on the sandbank in the distance swayed and sounded desolate. Two or three wintering birds suddenly jumped up from the reeds, flew melodiously in the air, chirped a few times, and then fell back to the reeds further away.
The next evening, they arrived at Red Cliff. The next day, they took a very proud tour of Red Cliff, led by a local tour guide. They are several hills of Chibi Shogunate Mountain, extending westward to the river. The mountain is not high, but it stands on the river bank, forming a cliff with the river surface.
It is a strategic location for guarding and controlling this section of the Yangtze River. It borders Yuezhou to the south and Jiangxia to the north. On the other side of the river are the vast lakes and swamps of the Jianghan Plain. Chibi is a famous ancient battlefield of the Three Kingdoms. Here Zhou Yu, the governor of Wu State, crushed Cao Jun in one fell swoop, stopped Cao Cao's ambition to dominate the south of the Yangtze River, and laid the foundation for the establishment of the Three Kingdoms. This is a famous example in Chinese history of defeating more with less.
The Battle of Chibi shattered Cao Cao's conspiracy to unify the world and laid the foundation for the establishment of the Three Kingdoms. In the Battle of Chibi, the young and handsome Zhou Yu fully demonstrated his talent and resourcefulness. Since then, Chibi has become a place for future generations to remember the heroes of the previous generation, triggering countless emotions.
Li Bai climbed to the top of the mountain and looked at the majestic Yangtze River and the other side of the river shrouded in fog a few kilometers away. In front of his eyes, he seemed to see the soaring flames of the Battle of Chibi burning across the river, and in his ears he seemed to hear the fierce fighting between the two armies.
We are breaking up. Say goodbye to Li Bai, Xia and other Yuezhou friends.
