2. Father's love is a mountain that keeps your body and mind calm and firm even if you withstand wind, frost, rain and snow.
Father's love is like a sea, allowing your soul to remain kind and tolerant even when it encounters lightning and thunder.
3. The boundless falling trees rustle, and the endless Yangtze River rolls in.
"Climbing High" by Du Fu of the Tang Dynasty
[Today's translation] The boundless forest trees, the leaves rustling and falling ;The endless Yangtze River, the water is rolling in.
[Appreciation] These two poems were written in Kuizhou, describing the autumn colors of the river and sky seen from a high altitude. Kuizhou is adjacent to the Yangtze River, where the river enters the Qutang Gorge. The mouth of the gorge is windy, and the sky is high and the wind is strong in late autumn. The poet climbed up and looked up, and saw the endless fallen leaves of the forest trees rustling down, and the endless flow of the Yangtze River. The majestic, vast, yet chilling and withering atmosphere makes the poet feel even more about the vastness of space and the eternity of time. Thinking that my years have passed and my ambitions have not been fulfilled, I feel so lonely and tragic! The whole couplet has neat couplets and smooth rhythm, and the use of the two overlapping words "xiaoxiao" and "gungun" makes it read with sonorous tone and unrestrained momentum. It is not an exaggeration to say that the predecessors called it "unparalleled in ancient and modern times".
[Original work] The wind is strong, the sky is high, the ape is screaming in mourning, and the white bird is flying back from the clear sand of Nagisa. The endless falling trees rustled, and the endless Yangtze River rolled in. Wanli is always a guest in the sad autumn, but he has been sick for a hundred years and only appears on the stage. Difficulty and bitterness hate the frost on the temples, and the wine glass is stained by the new stop.
