Self-inspection report of clean government
In the work of building a clean government, all the staff in our town conscientiously studied and implemented the "Several Guidelines for Leading Cadres' Honesty in Politics in party member, China", strictly observed the "Eight Prohibitions" and "52 Prohibitions", and promoted the construction of honesty and self-discipline in our unit with practical actions, which provided a strong guarantee for the sustained, stable and healthy development of our town. Over the past year, we have mainly done the following ten aspects of work.
I. Rejecting bribery and opposing corruption
Bribery is the basis of corruption and a serious violation of law and discipline. Party member cadres always keep in mind the principle of being honest in politics and earnestly practice the purpose of being close to the people, using power and benefiting the people. In order to effectively stop the behavior of receiving and sending cash, securities and payment vouchers, members of our town collectively agreed not to go home to work, not to do private affairs, and to distinguish between public and private. In the past year, there was no case of sending and receiving cash together.
Second, honesty is an official, and people are virtuous.
The members of our town team constantly change their rights in practical work, and they don't leave their posts or officials. At the same time, they constantly remind and warn all the staff to work hard, do things in a down-to-earth manner, trust in organization and leadership, consciously resist the unhealthy trend of running away from officials and buying and selling officials, and adhere to policies in personnel adjustment and personnel arrangement of this unit. This arrangement is no problem. Resolutely refuse what should not be arranged For the newly arranged personnel, we always adhere to the working procedure of training first and then taking up the post. In personnel adjustment, strictly implement the principle of having both ability and political integrity. Those who should be promoted are unconditionally promoted and reused, and those who should not be promoted are resolutely not promoted. In order to improve the ability of democratic decision-making, the personnel adjustment and personnel arrangement in our town must be studied and approved by the enlarged meeting of the Party Committee, and then publicized for a week before making a final decision.
Third, restrain power and regulate behavior.
In order to effectively put an end to corruption, team members often educate their relatives and staff around them, and are not allowed to use the power given by the party to engage in self-seeking behavior. At the same time, they are warned that the power given by the party is to serve the people. Through the example of all the team members, the behavior of relatives and their staff around them was standardized and the corrupt media was blocked.
Fourth, establish healthy qi and avoid poisoning.
The whole town has formed an upsurge of studying hard and comparing skills. Through theoretical study, the workers' thoughts are armed, their ideological consciousness and political acumen are improved, and their ideological positions are occupied with righteousness. Through learning, they have transformed their world outlook, outlook on life and values, and improved their ability to consciously resist unhealthy practices.
5. Reject banquets and gifts.
In the process of work, it is inevitable that there will be pleading behaviors such as calling and finding acquaintances. For this phenomenon, members of our town team have always kept their mouths shut, not attending banquets that affect the execution of official duties, keeping their hands shut, not accepting gifts that hinder their work, and at the same time, introducing regulations to resolutely deal with staff who have food, drink and cards.
Six, strict reimbursement, review fraud
For business expenses, the unit strictly implements the signature system of the top leader, and for general expenses, the top leader will check, and the larger expenditures will be discussed and approved by the enlarged meeting of the team, and the accounts will be audited regularly. Resolutely clean up unreasonable expenses and put an end to the phenomenon that team members take advantage of their positions to reimburse their subordinates for expenses that should be paid by themselves or their relatives.
Seven, strict management and control.
Over the past year, all the staff of the town have not organized any form of tourism or investigation activities except for attending normal meetings and business training at higher levels. For official visits, strict reception standards have been set, and official vehicles are equipped according to the standards and do not exceed the standard.
Eight, democratic recommendation, fair competition
In the annual activities requiring democratic recommendation, such as advanced workers and outstanding party member producers, the town adopted the methods of on-site ticket filling, on-site singing, on-site statistics and on-site announcement of democratic recommendation results, which put an end to the black-box operation and embodied democracy and fairness.
