What does every poem in Fu Cha Yi Ming's A Dream of Red Mansions mean?

(clear) rich in investigation, clear in righteousness

Jiayuan's structure is natural, and fast green and fast red are another name. There are long bars everywhere, and spring breeze and autumn moon are always close to love.

In Yuan, Jiao E fought, and the aunts made peace with a smile. The weather is neither hot nor cold, and there are many shadows in the curtains.

Xiaoxiang's farewell to the hospital was late and heavy. I heard that she was sentimental and sick. Quietly find a maid in Huayin and ask him if he has shed tears.

I followed Fluttershy across the wall and suddenly saw countless flowers in full bloom. Try your best to return the rain and leave it in the moss.

The waiter guessed at his own expense, and the tears were not completely closed and he smiled again. Three feet of jade is a handkerchief, which is thrown around for no reason.

I came home drunk with a thin hat, but I mistook Yan Cuo for a jade raccoon. Suddenly I heard the laughter in the back room and forced the light to hit next time.

The dream of spring in the red chamber is so vague that I can't remember the original picture of Chai Jin. The romance of the past was really a moment, and poetry won a quiet time.

The curtain is quietly controlling the golden hook, and I don't know how many people are swimming there Xiaohong was left to sit alone and taught her to open the mirror and comb her hair with a smile.

Red Luo embroidered slim waist, a night of spring sleep makes the soul dream beautiful. Xiao Qi was surprised and laughed. He stole Lv Yun's gauze.

People's worries surprised the people in the seats, and they slowly walked down the stairs. It was enough to block the shadow, but the laughter was not true.

It's worrying to be able to endure the golden jade, and tears flow. I suddenly thought of the legend and won a passionate look.

The jade hand of lobular lotus soup will trick him into being tasteless and ask him to taste it. The red mark on the lip of the bowl was accidentally dropped, adding a new fragrance.

Let's take Jin Chai as a bargaining chip. Be prepared tonight. Sleep in childe's arms and laugh at each other tomorrow.

The more disgusting you feel, the better your peach blossoms will be. In the afternoon, the sweat tide will return to heat and increase. I'm still afraid that the right person will see the words of comfort worse today.

Didi is like a mountain and a river, and he left the front with the wind. Unlike small families, they laugh less and laugh more.

It's a shame to have a little girl. It is difficult for lotus flowers to blow the autumn wind, and there is no way to attract new birds.

The son of Jinyi sprouts orchids, but the pink lady doesn't break melons. Young people might as well wait on the sofa and dream of multiple curtains.

A sad poem "Funeral Poetry" seems to have come true unconsciously. Young Jun died for a wisp of love, and Qing indulged in HongLing?

Mo Wen's golden marriage is like a dream of spring, and it is like smoke. There is no aura when the stone returns to the mountain, and it is always futile to create words.

In spring, Wang Sun is as thin as a bone. Where does the green moth powder belong? Shame on Skillen.

The first song is a summary of the Grand View Garden. If there must be a plot or chapter, I think it should be the seventeenth and eighteenth songs, "Take as much as possible and go back to the province for the Lantern Festival".

Second, this is written for the seventieth time. This time there is a long story about Baoyu's jokes with Qingwen, Sheyue and Fangguan, and the feelings of Li Wan's girl Biyue. In the poem, "The weather is lukewarm" and "The shadow of the sun" point out that the time is spring and morning, which coincides with this time.

The third song, this song seems to be about the 57th thing. This time there is such a plot:

Today Baoyu saw that Xiangyun was getting better, so he came to see Daiyu. "。 It happened that Daiyu was taking a nap, so Baoyu didn't dare to disturb him. Because Zijuan was doing needles in the cloister, he came to ask him, "How was your cough last night?" Zi Juan said, "Better." Baoyu smiled and said,' Amitabha! I'd rather be fine. Zijuan laughed and said,' You also read Buddha. This is news! Baoyu said with a smile, "The so-called' seeking medical treatment because of illness'." "

But specious, not quite in line with poetry. For example, "It's getting late and heavy" in the poem, and "I feel asleep only when I have a rest" in the article; The poem reads "silently facing the shadow of flowers" and the article reads "The nightingale is in the cloister". In this case, I guess there are two possibilities. One possibility is that there are plots such as "Dusk" and "Flower Shadow" in the book that Ming Yi saw, and then it was cut into the current version; Another possibility is that the content of this poem was originally another plot in Ming Yi's book, which has nothing to do with Chapter 57 of this edition and has been completely deleted in this edition. Either way, it means the content of this poem is different from this one.

Fourth, this one writes paragraph 27 "Baochai hits butterflies", but there are obvious differences between poetry and prose. The article only writes that "a pair of butterflies suddenly rise and fall, come and go, and will cross the river", but there is no plot of "Fluttershy crossing the wall" or "leaving a fan bay in the moss".

It is worth noting that Baochai's butterfly play today is an episode of Didi Cuiting's little red secret language. However, judging from this reply: "Didi Cuiting Yang Fei plays butterflies, buries incense and buries tears", and this time it should be Baochai and Daiyu, two protagonists, each with half share. There is no problem in the second half. Daiyu is the protagonist, but by the first half, the protagonist has become Xiaohong. Baochai's butterfly play became the prelude and overture of Xiao Hong's story. Isn't that weird? According to the poem written by Ming Yi, I guess there is no story of Xiaohong this time, but the first half is the true story of Baochai, which has a detailed description of Baochai's butterfly flapping, including "Fluttershy crossing the wall" and "Fan Li in the moss". In the later revision, in order to add and highlight a story of Didi Cuiting's little red secret language, a part of Baochai's butterfly play was greatly deleted, forming what we see today.

Regarding the character Xiaohong, I think there is no story about Xiaohong in the book I read in Yi Ming, and even the whole book has no character Xiaohong, which will be mentioned later.

Fifth, this song has been written thirty-four times. Baoyu sent a handkerchief and Daiyu wanted a handkerchief.

The sixth poem, this one was written for the third time1. Baoyu and Qingwen made up after quarreling, but the content reflected in this poem is very strange. In this thirty-first edition, Baoyu came home drunk and mistook Qingwen for an attacker, followed by a wonderful "Qingwen tearing a fan". It can be said that this passage is a very dazzling description in the whole Dream of Red Mansions and even the whole China classical literature. However, this passage is not reflected in this poem by Yi Ming. Isn't it strange that Baoyu went straight back to his room after admitting his mistake? I guess Yi Ming didn't see the plot of "Qingwen tearing a fan" in A Dream of Red Mansions. I guess the original plot is like this: Baoyu came home very late, mistook the hitter for Qingwen in the hospital (this is the opposite, mistook Qingwen for the hitter), then heard Qingwen's voice from the room and entered the room. Qingwen was talking and laughing with Musk Moon and Qiuwen when she saw Baoyu coming in. She remembered the quarrel in the morning, stopped laughing and ignored Baoyu, and finally made Qingwen laugh together. This is what the poem says: "I suddenly heard the news and laughed in the inner room, forcing me to play under the lamp." Later, perhaps Cao Xueqin thought the plot was too general, featureless and not wonderful, so he conceived the plot of "tearing the fan to make his daughter laugh", so he changed the characters and scenes, switched the positions of Qingwen and the hitter, put Qingwen on the couch of the hospital, rewrote the part where Qingwen was mistaken for the hitter, deleted the part where she was joking in the room and replaced it with the part where she tore the fan in the hospital.

The seventh song, the corresponding plot of this song should be the seventeenth time:

"Just then, I saw a jade archway on the front, carved dragons to protect dragons, exquisitely carved. Jia zhengdao:' what is the language of the book here?' They said,' it must be Penglai wonderland.' Jia Zheng shook his head and said nothing. When Baoyu saw this, his heart suddenly moved, and he remembered that he had seen it there, but he couldn't remember Na Yue Day at that time. Jia Zheng also ordered him to write a topic, but Baoyu only cared about the future and completely ignored it. "

Here Baoyu sees a memorial archway, which he is familiar with, but he can't remember where he has seen it, but we readers understand that this is Baoyu's fifth dream. Baoyu only has a vague memory of his romantic dream, and arouses a trace in the matching process between the title and the couplet (poem), which is the meaning of the poem. Zhou thinks that this poem refers to Baoyu's "four-season impromptu poem" when he first entered the park, which should be mistaken.

Eighth, this poem is also very strange compared with the plot corresponding to this version. There is a plot in the twentieth chapter of A Dream of Red Mansions, in which Baoyu is the head of the musk deer, but in Ming Yi's poem, it is clearly "sitting alone with Xiaohong". Regarding this contradiction, Zhou thinks that the word "Xiaohong" still refers to Musk Moon, which has nothing to do with the book "A New Certificate of a Dream of Red Mansions". Zhang Ailing, on the other hand, objected, saying, "With Xiaohong and prominent figures, Ming Yi used the story of Xiaohong in his poems and called Musk Moon Xiaohong ... It's incredible. (Three Details of A Dream of Red Mansions) "

At first, I also regarded Zhang Ailing's theory as right and Zhou as wrong. I thought that the book that Yi Ming saw was originally Baoyu combing Xiaohong's hair or a grate head, but later it was changed to Musk Moon. But after further thinking, I changed my mind, because in A Dream of Red Mansions, besides the twentieth chapter, there are two clues to be found: one is the Four Seasons Scene written by Baoyu in the twenty-third chapter, in which the second chapter contains the sentence "There are several musk deer in the window, and the smoke in the room smells fragrant", and the other is "the daughter of hibiscus" in the seventy-eighth chapter. Comb dragonflies, mourn sandalwood and cloud teeth. "These two places," Musk deer opens the palace mirror "or" Musk deer opens the palace mirror ",obviously refer to the situation when the twentieth time is the head of the musk deer grate. In these two places, besides Musk Moon, Tan Yun was also mentioned, but now Tan Yun has become a figure with nothing, and there is no story about her. This shows that at the beginning of the creation of A Dream of Red Mansions, there were many stories about Tan Yun (Tan Yun Pinxiang, Tan Yun Zheya), but they were all deleted in later revisions. This also shows that the plot of the head portrait of Sheyue Qingzi, which appeared almost at the same time as Tan Yun Pinxiang and Tan Yun Broken Tooth, must have appeared in the early version. As for whether there is a story of Tan Yun in the book I saw in Yi Ming, it is still uncertain, but what is certain is that there should be at least Baoyu as the head of Musk Moon.

However, how to explain Zhang Ailing's problems? Xiaohong is a very prominent figure in A Dream of Red Mansions. However, it is incredible to call others "Xiaohong" with the allusions of Xiaohong in Ming Yi's poems. In my opinion, there is no Xiaohong in Yi Ming's books, and Xiaohong's stories are all added after revision. This conclusion stems from the following two doubts: first, the main plots of Xiao Hong in this edition of A Dream of Red Mansions are concentrated in 24 to 27 episodes (and maybe one or two episodes after the 1980s). Generally speaking, after a large-scale work is basically completed, it is impossible to make any major changes, so it is not convenient to make major changes to the whole book when adding Xiaohong's character plot in the later period, and only Xiaohong can be added.

The second doubt is the contradiction of Xiaohong's identity. Twenty-seventh time Li Wan introduced Xiaohong's identity to Xifeng: "You don't know him? He is the daughter of Lin Zhixiao. " However, as the daughter of Lin Zhixiao and Xiaohong's own intelligence, it should definitely not be the state of being depressed and frustrated when she first appeared. On the 26th time, Zhong Jiahui said, "I am so angry. Qingwen and July are first class. Because of my mother's face, everyone is holding him. " But among the servants of Rongguo Mansion, Lin Zhixiao is also a prominent figure. Except for a few people such as Lai Da and Lai Sheng, who else has a higher status than Lin Zhixiao and his wife? Therefore, Xiaohong's identity is obviously inconsistent with the situation when she first appeared, and she is one of the few serious injuries in A Dream of Red Mansions. I think this contradiction is precisely because Xiaohong's story was added very late. When the author wrote Xiaohong's surname Lin, he remembered that there was a filial Lin, so he arranged Xiaohong to be his daughter, but he didn't take into account that Xiaohong's identity was inconsistent with the previous suppression, and it didn't take long (one or two years? ) will form the final version, not found and modified in time.

Ninth, this song is about twenty-eight times when xiren was stolen by Baoyu at night. The plot of this poem is also different from today's book. In today's book, the "money" exchanged for Baoyu is a "red sweat towel", not a "green" cloud yarn. Zhang Ailing also noticed this. See Three Details of a Dream of Red Mansions.

On the 54th Lantern Festival, Baoyu went back to his room, met Yuanyang and talked to Aroma.

The eleventh song was written thirty-five times, and Yuchuan gave lotus leaf soup Baoyu. Because of Yuchuan's death, Baoyu "looked very angry and didn't really look at Baoyu", but Baoyu "has lost some temperament, but he is still gentle and kind ... (Yuchuan) has a three-point smile on his face". However, compared with the plot reflected in this poem, it seems that there are still traces of revision: the two sentences in the poem, "I suddenly think of legendary words, and I get sentimental eyes", seem to be realistic, but there seems to be no strange words in this book, and it seems that it is not consistent to use "sentimental" to refer to jade.

The twelfth song is written back to the thirty-fifth song "White Jade Pheasant Kisses Lotus Leaf Soup".

The thirteenth song, written in this song, is the sixty-third time that "the red party of the shroud held a night banquet". Fang Guan and Baoyu slept in the same bed.

The fourteenth song mentions Daiyu, but the corresponding plot is also difficult to determine. Or thirty-four times after Daiyu wrote that poem, "... I felt hot all over and my face burned. I walked to the mirror, lifted the brocade and took a photo, only my cheeks were red. Self-admiration overwhelms the peach blossom, but I don't know that the root of the disease is sprouting from it ... ",but the poem" Sweating at noon "is inconsistent with the text, obviously at night. In addition, "I'm still afraid that the right person will find the words of comfort worse today" and there is no corresponding plot.

I guess, in the book that Yi Ming read, the story of Daiyu waking up was better than that of Taohua, which just brought out the best in Baoyu's visit. In the later revision, the paragraph of Daiyu's "face is more than peach blossom" was moved to the present book after thirty-four poems, and the rest were deleted. After reading the last paragraph of the thirty-fourth poem in this edition, it seems that it is still a little stiff and unable to connect.

After reaching this point of view, I read Mr. Wu Enyu's book Cao Xueqin's Examination, and one of them was titled Cao Xueqin's Life Experience Examination Miscellaneous Notes, which described this:

"1On June 7th, 976, Comrade Janice and I visited Ma Tinghui, an 8 1 year-old Hui man, in blue lagoon factory. Ma Tinghui's family has been ramming people for generations. They often sing ramming songs to alleviate their hardships. One of the songs is about a dream of red mansions. Mr. Ma is in good spirits and has a good memory. He can't read, but he recited more than 70 sentences from memory, describing Baoyu's visit to Daiyu. Sing the first few words of this song:

It's freezing in the middle of winter, and ice hangs in front of the dripping eaves.

A hundred flowers blossom, leaves fall to the roots, but pine trees bloom forever.

A gifted scholar left half a dream of red mansions. I wonder if you are listening. ...

The following plot is as follows: Jia Baoyu was playing in the Grand View Garden when he suddenly saw Zijuan and Xueyan coming, so he asked them to lead the way to Xiaoxiang Pavilion to see Daiyu. Daiyu was taking a nap when she was seriously ill. After waking up, they talked about her illness, but finally Daiyu said something sad. There are also some sentences stating the decoration in Daiyu's room.

In my opinion, the spread of rammed songs of A Dream of Red Mansions in Landian Factory and Xiaotun, as well as the lotus drops that Zhang Yonghai's family sang A Dream of Red Mansions from generation to generation in Xiangshan area during the Qianlong period, can also be used as evidence that Cao Xueqin once lived in these two places. "

Here, Mr. Wu Enyu uses A Dream of Red Mansions as evidence that Cao Xueqin lives in Xiangshan, and I am concerned about the contents of A Dream of Red Mansions reflected by rammed songs. In my opinion, the contents of "A Dream of Red Mansions" and "Lotus Falls in a Dream of Red Mansions" circulated by the people are not necessarily the plots after the final version of "A Dream of Red Mansions", but should include the plots that were rewritten and deleted several times before, because since "A Dream of Red Mansions" can be copied by literati for decades in the writing process, the story will of course spread out, forming folk songs and rammers. Here, Dai Yuwu described in "Ramming Song" mentioned by Wu Enyu wakes up and Baoyu visits. The plot of their conversation can't be found in this edition, but it is mutually confirmed with this poem by Yi Ming, which proves that there is such a plot in the early manuscripts of A Dream of Red Mansions from another angle.

Unfortunately, in this book, Mr. Wu Enyu only gave a brief introduction to the rammed songs in a Dream of Red Mansions, but did not describe all these 70 rammed songs, otherwise more information about the early manuscripts of A Dream of Red Mansions might be found.

Fifthly, the content of this poem is also difficult to confirm. Some people say it's about Baochai, while others say it's about Tanchun. Zhou thought it was chanting for Xifeng, and the corresponding plot was thirty-eight times. Xifeng joked about the "nest" on Grandmother Jia's head. I think it is reasonable and doubtful.

This poem and the last capital are quoted from Yuan Mei's "Poetry of the Garden". The original text is as follows:

"... (Cao Yin)' s son Qin Xue wrote A Dream of Red Mansions to commemorate the prosperity of romantic life, and I admired it. At that time, there was a book still on in the Red Chamber, and I lent it a title:' A sickly face is better than a peach blossom, and the sweat tide in the afternoon turns back to hot air, and I am afraid that the right person will see it worse today. Wei Yidi is like a mountain and river, so we should seize the romantic wind from the front of renewal, unlike a small family who laughs less and is silent more' ("Poetry with the Garden" was published in Qianlong 57 years).

The quoted poem is slightly different from the original poem of Ming Dynasty. The key point is that the sentence "There was a school of books in the Red Chamber at that time, which is still gorgeous" is puzzling. We know that "school book" is another name for prostitutes, but how did A Dream of Red Mansions, a poem with clear meaning, become a poem about prostitutes? On this basis, some people think that Yi Ming's twenty poems are forgeries of later generations except these two poems, and these two poems were originally dedicated to prostitutes (such as Ouyang Jian's point of view). This statement is nonsense, of course, but how to explain this sentence of Yuan Mei?

I don't think Yuan Mei has read A Dream of Red Mansions at all, at least 46 years before Qianlong. When editing this poem, I took it for granted that A Dream of Red Mansions is a novel describing the love affair of Chuge in Qin Lou, and "Dream of Red Mansions" refers to those Chuge and Liuxiang in Huajie Street in Qin Lou, which is why the saying "The school books in the Red Chamber are still beautiful" came into being.

There are many hearsay and taken-for-granted elements in Yuan Mei's Poems with the Garden, such as mistaking Cao Xueqin as the son of Cao Yin and saying that "it has been a hundred years" and so on. Zhou Chun, a fellow Qianlong, also said in Reading a Dream of Red Mansions: "This old man (Yuan Mei) is good at deceiving others, but he is stupid and unconvinced."

The sixteenth song, this one is about Qingwen's death and Baoyu's cheating on Qingwen, which happened in the seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth times.

The seventeenth song, what this song refers to is not easy to understand. Some people say it refers to Baoyu and Daiyu, because Daiyu lived in the same room with Baoyu when she first entered Jia's house for the third time, only separated by a "green gauze cabinet". For the twentieth time, Baoyu said, "You go first, and we'll eat at one table and sleep in one bed. We have grown so big. " Zhou thinks that this poem refers to the 36 strategies of "Embroidering a Mandarin Duck and Dreaming a Bright Red" in A Dream of Red Mansions, and I think it is also reasonable. However, in recent years, Zhou Laozhu's "Bao Xiang Marriage" is very powerful. Some people think that what this poem refers to is related to the sixty-third "Night Banquet of the Shroud Red Party Group". Xiangyun lived in Yihong Courtyard that night, and this poem refers to this matter. See "Red Chamber". This statement probably has more elements of catching shadows.

The eighteenth song, this song and the last two songs have been written eighty times. Judging from the time when Ming Yi wrote these twenty poems, he could not have seen one hundred and twenty copies of A Dream of Red Mansions. Therefore, these last three poems can only be sung after eighty times (the so-called last thirty times) in the original Dream of Red Mansions or The Story of the Stone.

This song is about the death of Daiyu. It can be seen from the sentence "A wisp of love dies, starting from Qing Dynasty" that Daiyu died of illness, not drowning, and died before Baoyu got married and Jia perished. "

The nineteenth song, this song is about the "psychic jade" worn by Baoyu. From the perspective of psychic jade (stone), the first two sentences describe its verification and feelings about the marriage ending between jade and jade, and the last two sentences describe the whereabouts of the stone: returning to the barren hills, cliffs and green ridges.

The twentieth and the last thirty stories of Baoyu, the protagonist. Some people think that Cao Xueqin, the author of this poem A Dream of Red Mansions, has summarized the story in the previous poem, and the plot in this book is inappropriate and repetitive. I think this view is wrong. First of all, the previous poem is only about the whereabouts of psychic jade, not the summary of the whole book. This article is about Baoyu's experience. The stone in the book and Baoyu have different endings. These two poems are sung separately, and the content is not repeated. Secondly, Ming Yi's 20 poems are all titled tihongloumeng, which is obviously written for the plot in A Dream of Red Mansions. It would be inappropriate if a poem by Cao Xueqin suddenly appeared. Thirdly, judging from the content of this poem, it is very consistent with what happened to Baoyu in the last thirty chapters recorded and speculated in writing. For example, Baoyu was forced to fall after Jia's defeat, which became an instant hit, and xiren finally returned to Guan Qi through powerful people. So this song should be a tribute to Baoyu in the novel.
