1, flash control is abnormal. Go to adobe official website. There is a special tool to uninstall flash controls. After downloading, follow the prompts to uninstall, and then try installing a new version of flash control.
2. Uninstall Rising, download the latest version of Rising from Rising official website and reinstall it.
