Poetry, as a traditional style in China, can be divided into classical poetry and modern poetry. There is no recognized father of poetry in China at present, but there are many accomplished modern poets in the history of modern poetry, such as Xu Zhimo, Ai Qing, Cang Kejia and Lu Xun.
