Districts (cities) and counties, colleges and universities, enterprises and volunteer organizations are volunteer registration institutions authorized by the Young Volunteers Association of * *, responsible for the registration and management of volunteers. Grassroots league organizations and volunteer organizations with sound institutions and complete systems may be authorized by their local league organizations and volunteer organizations to carry out volunteer registration.
How to become a registered volunteer
Volunteer registration can take two ways: written registration and online registration.
1. written registration: the applicant applies for registration to the street, school, enterprise league organization or volunteer organization, and fills in the registration form and service item registration form in a unified format; Communist Youth League organizations and volunteer organizations shall examine the situation of the applicant; After passing the examination, the registered administrators of the Communist Youth League organizations and volunteer organizations will enter the Volunteer Registration Form and the Service Project Registration Form into the volunteer service network, and number the applicants uniformly; The applicant takes the oath to participate in the volunteer service activities carried out by league organizations and volunteer organizations, and receives the "* * volunteer registration certificate" and "* * volunteer badge".
2. Online registration: the applicant directly logs in to the * * * volunteer service network, and fills in the unified registration form and service project registration form through "registration", and the league organization and volunteer organization will review the applicant's situation; After passing the examination, the registered administrators of the youth league organizations and volunteer organizations shall uniformly number the applicants and notify them; The applicant takes the oath to participate in the volunteer service activities carried out by league organizations and volunteer organizations, and receives the "* * volunteer registration certificate" and "* * volunteer badge".
Communist Youth League organizations or youth volunteer organizations shall establish and improve the files of registered volunteers.
