Du Fu seems to have never drunk any good wine in his life, which is related to his official position. I usually drink home-brewed turbid wine, but in my later years, I was ordered by my doctor to ban alcohol because of my serious illness. Most of his poems are written awake, reflecting the sufferings of the Li people, and there are few poems about drinking.
Bai Juyi, between the above two, is older than Du Fu and younger than Li Bai, and has been demoted many times. Some of his wines are for parties, some for friends and some for himself, and there are few poems about wine. Some of his poems are petty bourgeoisie, and most of them are fu style, which reflects social reality and dark reality and cares about people's sufferings. And the characteristics of his poems are easy to understand, which is obvious.
