What does it mean to be a Lingnan person without hesitation?

I spare no effort to write the whole poem of Lingnan people like this: four seasons in Luofu Mountain, four seasons in spring, oranges and bayberry blossoms. 300 lychees a day, I will grow up to be a Lingnan person without hesitation. It means that the next four seasons in Luofu Mountain are spring, and oranges and Huangmei are fresh every day. If I eat 300 lychees every day, I would like to be a Lingnan person forever.

So, why are litchi in Lingnan delicious?
