By describing the seascape and heroic fighting before the storm, Haiyan showed the revolutionary situation that developed rapidly on the eve of 1905 Russian revolution, enthusiastically praised the brave fighting spirit of the Russian proletarian revolutionary pioneers, predicted the collapse of the dark rule of the czar, and called on the people to meet the great revolutionary struggle.
