Because of "tears", we should use wine to relieve our worries, because "drunkenness" makes the tears even more uncontrollable. The poet didn't write about grabbing the land, nor did he write about endless complaints. He just shed tears and got drunk, which fully exposed his affection. At the same time, the drunken moon has expanded the space for the poet's thought to take off, which leads to the following two specific descriptions.
