In the fourteenth year of Kaiyuan (726), Zhang said he was no longer prime minister, and Wang Han also became the governor of Ru, changing his name to Xianzhou Biejia. In the fourteenth year of Kaiyuan (726), Wang Han was demoted to Daozhou Sima again because of the crime of "dissolute behavior". He died on the way to Daozhou at the age of thirty-nine.
