2. Appreciation of works:
"Jiangcun" is a seven-rhyme poem written by Du Fu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty. This poem was written in the summer of the first year of the Yuan Dynasty by Suzong of the Tang Dynasty (760). At that time, the author's Chengdu thatched cottage had just been built. The author wrote this poem to express his feelings through the scenery, expressing a leisurely and contented mood. The first couplet describes the environment, and the word "hug" is used exquisitely, vividly depicting the mood of the stream tightly surrounding the Jiangcun. The chin couplet describes the tranquility of the scenery: swallows come and go, gulls get close to each other, and the tranquility of the river village scenery comes alive on the paper. The neck couplet describes the secrets of human affairs: the old wife draws the chessboard, and the youngest son uses a bent needle as a fishing hook, each enjoying himself, which leads to the contented mood in the tail couplet. The whole poem has a rigorous structure, smooth language and a sense of life.
