Crows fell on the moon, crowed coldly, slept on maple trees, and slept in fishing lanes by the river.
In the lonely Hanshan Temple outside Suzhou, the bell that rang in the middle of the night reached the passenger ship.
Translation:
The moon has set, crows crow all over the sky, the maple trees on the river and the fishing fires on the boat make it difficult for me to sleep alone. In Hanshan Temple outside Gusu City, the bell ringing in the middle of the night reached my passenger ship.

Poetry appreciation
A night-mooring near maple bridge is a famous poem, which was carved in Suzhou in the Northern Song Dynasty, showing its influence. Qiao Feng is located in the western suburbs of Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
The first two sentences of the poem select several typical things, describe the quiet scene of the autumn night by the river, reveal the poet's worries about travel, and provide an environmental atmosphere for the description of the night bell of Woshan Temple in the last two sentences.
The sentence "Hanshan Temple outside Gusu City, the bell rings at midnight to the passenger ship" is the crowning touch. The poet's "Midnight Bell" further exaggerates the silence of autumn night, sets off the poet's tossing and turning, lonely and sad mood, and makes the poem "a night-mooring near maple bridge" more meaningful in Gan Chun.
