In 1998, Taiwanese writer Qiong Yao began to compose the theme song for the TV series "Huanzhugege" written by herself. Qiong Yao based it on the sentimental and vigorous youth love story in the play. The plot created the lyrics and incorporated the ancient Chinese poem "Collection of Yuefu Poems - Advocacy Songs One" into the lyrics. At the same time, Zhuang Lifan and Guo Wencong were invited to compose the music, which was sung by the Taiwanese singing group Dynamic Train.
