The earliest narrative poem

The earliest narrative poem is Peacock Flying Southeast. Peacock flies southeast, formerly known as "Ancient Poetry as Jiao Zhongqing's Wife", was named after its opening "Peacock flies southeast, drifting five miles". It is the first narrative poem in the history of China literature, and it is also the peak work in the history of Yuefu poetry. It is also called "Yuefu and Narrative Poetry" with Mulan Ci in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. Peacock Flying Southeast has more than 350 sentences, 1700 words. It has twists and turns, vivid characters, simple language and music, and high artistic achievements.
