Yu, born on August 23rd, 1946, a native of Yuyao County, Zhejiang Province, is currently the Dean of the College of Humanities and Arts of Macau University of Science and Technology. China is a famous cultural scholar, theorist, cultural historian and essayist.
1966 graduated from the drama literature department of Shanghai Theatre Academy.
1980, Historical Draft of Drama Theory, History of China Drama Culture and Aesthetic Psychology of Drama were published one after another. 1985 became the youngest liberal arts professor in Chinese mainland.
1986 won the top ten academic elites in Shanghai. 1987 was awarded the honorary title of national outstanding contribution expert.
20 1 1 was awarded honorary professor of Gansu union university.
