I. The Word of God
This is the most powerful weapon. When the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness, Satan came to seduce him. At that time, Jesus used the word of God to resist the devil. Some people may think that if Jesus is the son of God, he doesn't need to go into the wilderness at all, let alone be tempted by the devil. However, the tempter approached Jesus voluntarily. In other words, the devil will actively test people. Jesus refuted the devil's temptation with the word of God. He said that people live not by food alone, but by everything that comes out of God's mouth. When the devil wants to destroy your life, you should also refute it with the word of God. A wise man hides when he sees trouble, but a fool suffers. Once you see the devil running in your life, you should immediately hide yourself in the word of God.
Second, praise
The devil doesn't like us to worship God because he wants people to worship him. It can't stand people worshipping God. It hates people worshipping God. As long as someone worships God, he doesn't even dare to contact. When we worship and praise God, God's presence fills us greatly, so the devil must leave.
Third, obey
If we live in sin or disobey God in any way, we are opening the door for the devil to enter our lives and find a foothold. When bad things happen, sometimes it may be the devil's actions, and sometimes it may be our own sins. Our sins will give the devil a chance to stand in our lives. Satan has no jurisdiction over you, but when you don't obey God's laws, you are opening the door to meet Satan. Repentance and repentance can help you slam the door in front of Satan.
Fourth, confidence.
Remember, the enemy will always be one step ahead of you and plant mines for you. Those mines are invisible to the naked eye, so you don't know where they are. The way to avoid stepping on mines is to walk closely with the Lord and let him guide your steps. This requires self-confidence. Resist with firm faith, because you know that your brothers in the world have experienced such sufferings. Walking with confidence is a powerful way to avoid falling into the enemy's trap.
Verbs (short for verb) pray and fast.
Prayer is a powerful weapon against the enemy, and fasting makes it more powerful. Many times, the shackles of the enemy on our lives can only be lifted by prayer and fasting. Such a simple action seems unlikely to have any effect, but it can really achieve a lot. When fasting, you may feel as if nothing happened, but in the spiritual world, the enemy's ability will be broken. Often just 24 hours of fasting is enough to destroy the enemy's imprisonment on our lives. Regular fasting can keep the devil away from us and destroy the enemy's camp Fasting is a way for us to show that I am willing to deny myself, give up what I want most and turn to God. The enemy hates that we put God first, because it knows that when we put God first, it will lose its ability and have to run away.
