What kind of person is my kite writer?

My Kite is a poem written by Mo Kalem, a famous Belgian children's poet (1899- 1978). Born in poverty, this peasant descendant published more than 50 poems in his life and won many literary awards. 1972 was awarded the honorary title of "Patriarch of Poetry" in Paris.
