Three Summaries of Teacher Training Experience

Summary of teacher training experience

Time flies, and the two-month summer vacation is over in a blink of an eye. Looking back on the dull summer life, I really feel very much looking forward to school. On August 30th, the United School organized a training activity for Chinese teachers in the whole town. After the training, I feel benefited a lot, such as Mu Ganlin. At the beginning of the training, President Zhang, the business principal of the joint school, delivered a speech. First of all, on behalf of all the teachers, President Zhang extended a warm welcome to the new teachers this year. Looking back four years ago, I was the role of "new teacher". The confusion and hesitation when I first entered the business are still fresh in my mind. Today, seeing these young new teachers seems to have seen themselves in those days. Later, President Zhang hoped that all the teachers who participated in the training could seriously grasp this hard-won learning opportunity and strive to improve themselves.

In the second training activity, Mr. Zhang Hongli, a Chinese teacher and researcher of the joint school, shared with you some experiences from his years of teaching: starting from the heart and escorting with love-being an excellent primary school Chinese teacher. Teacher Zhang communicated with the teacher from several aspects, such as how to prepare lessons, attend classes, build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, how to communicate with parents to a limited extent, and the teacher's own learning and growth.

After listening to teacher Zhang's communication and sharing, I feel that although I have been teaching for four years, I have not been strict with myself in all aspects. Sometimes, due to insufficient preparation, students only care about their own explanations in class and have less communication with their parents. Teacher Zhang specifically mentioned his study and growth. As the saying goes, if you want to give students a glass of water, you must first have a bucket of water. Nowadays, it is advocated to give students a bucket of water, and there must be a long stream of fine water. Therefore, I will strive to enrich myself, improve my comprehensive quality and be a "learned teacher" that students admire.

After the training, we listened to the Chinese lessons of three experts. Although it was a video, it benefited me a lot and gave me a new understanding of Chinese classroom teaching methods. Next, I will talk about what I have gained from listening to three classes.

The first class is the special prize of colorful Chinese class, the first-grade text "Dragon Boat Festival Zongzi" taught by teacher Shen Yanyan. The small game before class not only aroused the children's interest in learning, but also introduced the topic appropriately. In the whole teaching process, Mr. Shen grasps the personality and learning characteristics of the first-grade primary school students and correctly guides them to learn to write new words and read the text emotionally. When instructing the writing of the word "bean", Mr. Shen spelled the word "bean" with several physical forms of beans, so that the first-grade children remembered the writing method of the word every word. When learning to write Bean, Noon and Festival, Mr. Shen emphatically reminded the children of the long and horizontal writing, which impressed them by contrast. The essence of Chinese teaching lies in reading. In the teaching process, Mr. Shen adopted various reading forms: free reading, synchronous reading, finger reading, teacher-student reading, music reading and so on. Teacher Shen combined with the text content to guide emotional reading well, and I was immersed in sweet zongzi ... these are all places where I should study more.

Next, Jiang Xue, an ancient poem teaching by Dai, a special teacher. Although I have been teaching for four years, I have never figured out how to teach ancient poetry. Is it sentence-by-sentence translation for students to recite poems? Or let students combine teaching and learning independently. I basically adopt the former teaching method: lead students to translate words, guide students to recite ancient poems, and understand the feelings the author wants to express with teaching AIDS. However, this ancient poetry class taught by Mr. Dai gave me a new understanding of ancient poetry teaching: there is no need to translate words into poems, so that students can understand while reading. Teacher Dai also broke the traditional reading method of clear pronunciation and mellow voice, but instructed students to recite and sing key words. At the same time, Mr. Dai introduced the author Liu Zongyuan's life experience in detail to the students, especially the background of his repeated relegation. This kind of guidance made the students naturally understand the feelings placed by the author in the poem, and the children recited it after reading it. The whole class is relaxed and full of gains.

The last part is the Pearl Bird by Xue Fagen, a special teacher. Teacher Xue's class is also lively and interesting, with constant laughter. In class, Teacher Xue gave all the initiative to the students, guiding them to summarize the activities of this little "chick" step by step, extending from the summarized activities to the feelings, and finally leading to the article center that "trust often creates a beautiful realm". Teacher Xue also guides students to contact life practice through the article center, so that students can freely talk about the topic of trust in life. Everyone spoke freely and the atmosphere was lively.

I learned a lot from these three teachers, and all three teachers have achieved the following:

1. In the process of classroom teaching, there is literacy teaching with articles.

2. Everyone should pay attention to guiding emotional reading, understanding in reading, reading in understanding, and understanding the author's emotions.

3. Give students the initiative in the classroom, and truly let students become the directors of the classroom.

4. Pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability, especially Mr. Xue has always paid attention to cultivating students' generalization ability.

The second part summarizes the experience of teacher training.

The school is just around the corner. On the morning of August 30th, the joint proofreader of Donggucheng Town trained the Chinese teachers in the town. First of all, President Zhang, the business principal, warmly welcomed the new teachers to join our Chinese team, affirmed the achievements made by the old teachers, and put forward new requirements and hopes for all teachers.

Secondly, with the theme of "Starting from the heart and escorting with love", researcher Zhang Hongli gave training and guidance to Chinese teachers in the whole town. Teacher Zhang's training is real for our teaching work. Teacher Zhang gave macro guidance to our Chinese teaching from three aspects: preparing lessons, harmonious teacher-student relationship and learning growth, and also put forward detailed requirements. These three aspects mentioned by teacher Zhang seem to be commonplace, but they are exactly the foundation of our Chinese teaching. Although the topic is old, it is really rare for teachers to specialize in these three aspects, and teaching is really floating around. In the interactive session, the old teacher summarizes his own experience, the new teacher puts forward his own confusion, and the experienced teacher answers questions and teaches the new teacher everything. In this link, I feel the ardent educational feelings of the old teachers, and I also feel the open-minded and studious attitude of the new teachers.

Third, our second-grade teacher listened to President Ding Shanshan's interpretation and teaching suggestions on the first volume of the second-grade Chinese textbook for primary schools. President Ding explained the first volume of Chinese textbook for the second grade of primary school from three dimensions: overall structure and content, overall characteristics, specific arrangement and teaching suggestions. Through President Ding's explanation, I deeply realized the ingenuity of the editor of the Ministry textbook. From the macro goal of moral education to the traditional cultural elements of tile-dang symbols, all of them reflect the editor's careful layout and arrangement.

Every training is a spiritual journey and a shortcut to a flight of stairs. Stepping on the ladder of teachers' successful experience can save a lot of detours.

After the training, I deeply reflected on myself and my teaching. In the compilation of teaching materials, Mr. Zhang asked us to be familiar with the teaching materials, even if we memorized them, we should accurately grasp the teaching materials, draw inferences from others and understand the extension. I'm ashamed. There are really few things I have taught that can be accurately memorized. President Ding's interpretation of the textbook made me understand how to accurately grasp the textbook and read it carefully. The extremely exquisite cover design of China elements, such as pictures of ancient China paintings and poems, rich scroll layout design, seemingly inconspicuous tile symbols, etc., are all "extensions" of Chinese! These parts have never been noticed before, including Chinese, history, art, and too many connotations ... It turns out that there is such a big world in a small Chinese textbook, and the light Chinese textbook turned out to be so thick and heavy ... It is also a question for universities to read Chinese textbooks thick!

Chapter III Summary of Teacher Training Experience

The golden wind sent a cool breeze and set sail. In order to welcome the new semester and do a good job in starting school, the Chinese teachers in the whole town gathered in the conference room of Tianmayuan Primary School to discuss and study. This seminar gave me a new understanding and experience of Chinese teaching: a class is like a meal, which must be carefully prepared, cooked with heart and full of color, flavor and taste. First, prepare lessons carefully before class.

If you want to cook a delicious dish, you must first have enough ingredients. This is especially true for preparing lessons before class, and teachers must prepare lessons carefully in all directions. Teacher Zhang mentioned the main points of preparing lessons at the seminar: preparing textbooks, preparing backgrounds, preparing students, preparing teaching methods and so on. These points must be stylized in our daily lesson preparation, so that every lesson preparation is systematic and complete. At the same time, I think teachers must recite the knowledge points that students are required to master and understand in class and play a leading role. Only in this way can the teacher tell the whole class.

Second, "cooking" with your heart to improve efficiency

Careful food can not only catch the stomach, but also catch the heart. Class is like cooking. Teachers' dedication and emotional input in the classroom can make students' attention closely follow the teachers. Teachers' careful introduction, interesting words, humorous stories, proper guidance and emotional injection in class ... these meticulous and ingenious ideas can stimulate students' interest in learning. For example, in the lesson of Jiang Xue by Dai, he read aloud with his own emotions, aroused the interest of all the students with his own body movements, and silently let the students master the Rusheng characters and their pronunciations. An obscure lesson in ancient poetry has turned into a hilarious drama with constant laughter. After class, the students are still wanting more, immersed in Mr. Dai's class, oblivious. Such a scene and such an effect are all attributed to Mr. Dai's concentration and rich emotional injection in class. This class made me deeply realize once again that a good Chinese class can only be called a class that students like.

Third, enrich the form and make the classroom full of color and breath.

A good class should be rich in form, delicious in color and flavor. This requires teachers to have all kinds of martial arts to make the class lively and colorful. For example, in our class, Mr. Dai showed a variety of talents, which not only made students worship the teacher, but also added luster to the class. Teacher Dai's simple strokes on the blackboard not only enriched the classroom, but also aroused students' interest. Teacher Dai's singing of ancient poems pushed the whole class to a climax. The students not only enjoyed the audio-visual feast, but also felt the charm of ancient poems. Teacher Dai's rich cultural skills and eloquent poetic skills have enabled students to have a better understanding of poets, which is more conducive to the understanding of ancient poetry. Teacher Dai's class made me realize that a Chinese teacher must be a treasure, master rich skills and accumulate rich cultural details, so that students can constantly discover the teacher's bright spots and learn things in every class.

Fourth, make learning a part of daily life.

Teacher Zhang mentioned in this training that teachers must keep a steady stream of water. This requires teachers to learn and make learning a part of daily life. As a young teacher, I know that we are young, inexperienced and lack of rich theoretical knowledge. Be sure to attend more lectures, reflect on teaching, recite more classics, write more articles and read more books. Only by constantly enriching ourselves through study can we grow into an excellent Chinese teacher.

Chinese teachers should be full of passion, devote themselves wholeheartedly, enrich their talents and constantly learn theoretical knowledge. This training has opened a new door for me, made me aware of my shortcomings and deficiencies, and made me more determined in my future efforts.
